I mean like not too crowded but not very empty kind of place.. & where there is a self sufficient market area also.. So that there is no problem for getting the basic amenities

You can opt for Palolem beach there you will get good option of hostel range in less price for a month & that place is like not much crowded & not empty. Quality of tourist is also very in palolem. If you are booking for a month I would suggest to direct call the property & book it that would be much cheaper than any online website.
