the links for the artist and for Living High Vibe appear to be dead. Does anyone know or recognize the brand of braiding table the artist is using? It may be a custom piece but wondered if it was available anywhere. thanks
Hi Karen, sorry about that! Gina changed the name of her business, we’ll need to update these links. She can now be found at mementosentwined.com, try contacting her there with your question. Thanks for watching!
Wow, I saved my sons beard trimmings and have designed a paper bead for a necklace encasing the trimmings. I wish I had some of his hair but they would not let me since my son developed MRSA while in the hospital, the last 4 months of his life. We had saved his beard trimmings from the year prior because it was not affected. I wish I had known that they wouldn't let me have the hair, I would have trimmed it when I did his beard. I do have his ashes from cremation. I used MICA powders to create different colors and created similiar to sand art, that are put in little clear containers. I really enjoy seeing his favorite colors and his ashes are disguised in a bottle like you are using . I then used sterling silver, beading wire and gorgeous sea glass in his favorite colors. I braided a design that goes around the glass container fitting tightly and sealed shut. I didnt want to take a chance of one of them possibly being mistaken for any white powdered drug. I gave them to each of my children as a keepsake from his memorial service. Thank you for sharing this beautiful art.
I took some beard hair from my husband and hair birch hair. And I got a picture in black and white of his favorite which was knives and I " colored" it in and I made it very small with tweezers so it went in a tin type I found at the antique store it was empty otherwise I would have looked for a locket. Many prayers to you and your family for your loss my mom got mrsa from the hospital also
I lost my father in 2019. I have a good amount of his hair and I would like to make a piece for myself and my mother. I miss him so much and people actually always remember my Dad's hair. Should I practice with artificial hair first?
My daughter is in the throws of addiction right now. Child services just got involved. Me, her dad, his wife, and my husband are taking care of them. I am trying to male something for her to tell her we are in this together. Ideas please????❤
I want to make extensions from my own naturally fallen hair.. But I am very confused how to hold them together, what to use to glue the ends together.. Can anyone help with ideas?
Unfortunately we just made the video. We don’t know too much about the art of this. We lost touch with Gena and not sure exactly how to find her. Thanks for watching !

I would reach out to the girl we made this video for. She would have all the right tips. So sorry for your loss Cassandra.
@@SunshineSagas thank you for your reply. I'm still very interested in doing this.
You can put it in a locket to wear around your neck. I am doing that with my deceased mother's hair.

Sorry for the late response. Shoot us your email and we can get you in touch with the girl that does this
