What a blessing for the bride, to start her married life, with a well thought out, made with love bouquet from Georgie. If their married life turns out as colourful, cheerful, beautiful and healthy looking as that floral display--then they will be winners!
Love the tangerine geums to add that pop of colour....and the light weight of the posies. Great variety of flowers and foliage. You really know your craft.😊
I only grow flowers for myself but as a quilter I really appreciate and learn from your discussing the colors and how they relate to to each . Very helpful other.
Great insight into the balance needed for wedding flowers. I love the way you've used the trailing wild sorrel in The Bride and the ground elder as a light and foamy element. To think of the effort that goes into removing it from English gardens! I also like you expressing your pleasure in your own work. That feeling is surely an important justification for what you do. Thanks Georgie. Jeneane Hobby
Wonderful bunches of joy and super helpful video. I’ve always found the white on white and maybe just the palest of pink bouquets so insipid and uninteresting. Yours are anything but. I can recommend our local flower farmer in Northamptonshire, called Flower and Farmer. I know they aren’t on your official list, but they do great florist buckets and wedding buckets/bouquets to the public. Supporting local small businesses is just the best. Everyone gets to feed their kids and feel good about themselves!!
Great video again Georgie thank you. Do you have a preferred variety of geums? I'm thinking about adding some to my garden, for cutting and for enjoying in the garden. Thanks. Liz
This is very helpful as I have started offering mixed buckets in addition to subscriptions and wrapped bouquets. I wonder if a grower’s choice mixed bucket subscription would be a good idea. Enough blooms for the customer to arrange a couple of vases for home.
these are a variety of papaver rhoeas sown a few years ago in the tunnel and I'm afraid I can't remember their name - but they give lovely big seed heads I think because they're in the tunnel - outside they're not so enormous x
This is good advice for planting any bed. Sorry now I didn’t put in an orange or red in the front of my bed which is in front of my house. Too many pinks and purples. Looks ok, but not wow.
I prefer your flower arrangements, to the winner of the Chelsea flower show.
I agree 100%!
"oh Teacake" Always a favorite here ❤
right now she's snoring so loudly I can hear her from another room! x

Your polly tunnel flower are amazing.
thank you x
Absolutely gorgeous arrangements thank you for sharing ☺️ are the square jam jars brought or recycled? Trying to think what comes in those jars 🤣
the square jars are bought - they are chutney jars x
This is a great combination! Question: how many flowers do you have in each bucket?
about fifty per bucket x
Thank you so much for taking the time to reply! You are awesome!!!
Georgie, when you’re providing roses to a florist do you remove the guard petals to tidy them up or do you leave that for the florist?
no - but with my roses you don't need to remove them - they are part of the story x
Hi again, love your videos. What kind of poppy are you showing today ? Tks Jane
