    accepting people or family members exactly as they are AND not a little as you'd like them to be is the bit i add to that expression !💪🏼

    While listening, after some time I started to yawn (a signal of letting go), the stress left my body, various emotions and thought-forms appeared - and accepted - left my body. The transformation process, I am grateful!

    Just thinking after listening to your discussion with Brenda that there are some things that require ongoing letting go as they keep returning but being aware you begin to find it easier to let go and allow. Allowing and surrendering is helpful as a word rather than accepting, that is helpful. I find I am letting go of some deep things as practice is liberating. It’s work in progress
