- It's taken me six weeks to make this video. Even though so much has happened, I'm still putting it out there as kind of a "show your work" video by showing you the process of making a didegridoo bag and proving I'm a much better didge crafter than sewer. 🤣
Just for the record, the didge sold just after I put it out on my site but watch the video to the end. There's a surprise that I think you'll like. 🙂

Hi...nice didge Pamela...😉 greeting from Costa Rica...I love your videos...
Thank you Jeffrey! I so appreciate you taking the time to come take a look. 🙏🙂
Oh my goodness, the tension to see if the didge fitted in the beautiful new bag 😬😁🤙. Thanks for sharing this loveliness Pamela 🧡
Thank you Suan! 😊
Beautiful work, Pamela! Is the green on the Didj done with crushed turquoise? I love 💕 the lower toned instruments. We share a very similar playing style. Wish I had your expertise at mixing and recording!!
Thank you Forest! Yes, the inlay is crushed turquoise. Skill with mixing and recording just comes with lots of practice and knowing what kind of sound you're after. I've been working on a recording for didgeridoo course that I hope to have out later this fall that will cover some techniques in recording, editing and mixing.
Hi Pamela I added to my question about the Yucca Didgeridoo could you have a look please👍
And you like frogs.. Score!!
What wood is?? Beaaaaaauuutiful!!!
Thank you. It's made out of yucca.
This is a comment to do with how you make your YukkaDidgeridoos, I have them growing in my garden how do you hollow them out?..
I split them lengthwise and use a gouge to get the material out before gluing them back together and putting an epoxy finish on them inside and out.
Thanks for the reply.
Could you send me a pic of the tool you use?
Also do you gouge them out when they are still green or do you let them dry out first.
By the way I enjoy you beat tutorials I get a lot out of them.
@@davedowner1349 Not sure how I can get a photo to you but the two main tools I use are a linoleum (or carpet) cutter whoch looks like a claw and a 17mm spoon gouge.
@@davedowner1349 The stalks are completey dry when I hollow them out.
@@davedowner1349 Thank you so much for enjoying the rhythm tutorials. I'm happy that you get something from them. 😊
