I think it's safe to say that Jan will return. They have been a couple. Or were at least dating.
Jan is the only person we know who would want to kill Sazz. Again the bullet could have been for Charles. It could be Brazzos-related which could be Charles or Sazz.
Damn, we all knew that for a whole episode and the trio just figured it out in the last minutes.. the killer must've had access to at least Charles' appartment, maybe one of the other side as well... And also knew about Sazz planning to double Bacula in LA (maybe just from a calendar, I guess they got access to her phone via Face ID?)

I’m not going to lie, when Sazz spun around to face Jan, I just busted out laughing. Having her stand in to do the break up was freaking genius.
Y’know, although Charles’ speech was sad, Sazz saying it pretending to be Charles just makes it more hilarious
