If you use retouch varnish, do you have to remove it before applying the proper varnish after the 6 month period or can you apply the final varnish on top of it? Hi Jorge, we offer many different types of brush cleaner - you can clean the brush hairs with mineral spirits or a natural brush cleaner, then dry them with a clean cloth. You can then also use a natural brush soap to recondition. Rinse and repeat the soap step a few times and dry again with a clean cloth. My retouching varnish layer stayed sticky/tacky :(
Have good ventilation and wear gloves and eye protection.
Read directions and the MSDS sheet before use.
This stuff is toxic.
