Onions -2
Tomato -2
Ginger - 2 inch
Garlic cloves - 15 to 14
Dry red chillies -4
Cashews - 10 to 12
Cumin seeds -1 tsp
Green Cardamom-2
Black pepper -8 to 10
Bay leaves - 2
Black cardamom -1
Cinnamon stick - 1 inch
Turmeric powder -1 tsp
Red chilli powder (kashmiri )- 2 tsp
Cumin powder -1/2 tsp
Coriander powder -1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup
Ghee - 2 tbsp (optional)
Cooking oil -1/4 cup

Thank you Kabita Didi. I tried this recipe for the second time and it was a success. Maine isme thodi malai aur black pepper add kiya aur thoda taste balance karne ke liye brown sugar bhi. Also I boiled the potatoes because of health concerns and then fried for a minute later. It turned out to be good
