Why can't you make lower loops from the proposed Guadalupe Ramp going to SRP and the other one going to Plaza Independencia just to maximized its purpose. In addition, if possible from SRP going to the proposed Guadalupe Ramp just to give more breathing space to SRP.

You can even add additional loop from old skyway to (from plaza independecia) Guadalupe Ramp. I hope you could consider that direction.
