Samantha, your hands are beautiful! No signs of arthritis, no ugly bumpy bones poking out anywhere. And they don’t appear to be any bigger than average! You are a beautiful lady inside and out an extremely talented!!! Thank you for sharing all your skills with us! 🙏🏻🫶🏻💞
I have been watching your tutorials for a little while now. I'm a crocheter, but have been toying with the idea of trying to make some jewelry. What is holding me back is if I want to invest in buying the tools for this craft. I'm old retired and my grip strength is not so good. You weren't sure if people liked the ring concept. But for me, this might be the determination as whether or not I would invest. Looks like I could try to make a price of jewelry, without having to buy too many tools to start with. That way I could see if I like it or am able to do it. I'm glad I stumbled across your channel.
Oh I also love to crochet! It’s wonderful, isn’t it 🥰 I’m sure you’d love making g some beautiful and simple pieces of jewellery and you really don’t need to spend too much money on the initial things that you need. You can buy basic sets of pliers and cutters, that come in a little case, for not much money. You can also get very affordable wires and beads etc. too, which would set you up for the basics. I’d advise 18g and 20g to start with, which will be good for most things, including rings and wrapped bead links etc. I’m so glad you enjoy the videos ☺️
@@samanthalatimer1 Thank you for your reply. I was the store today looking at the supplies again, but wasn't sure of the gauge to buy. Thank you for the information. I'm one to research quite a bit before I dive in.
@@deniserobinson2627 that’s very wise as it’s so easy to spend much money on things you won’t use or don’t need. We have to conserve our resources these days, so it makes sense to research first.
Please make more ring tutorials! ❤ You are the reason I can now make these beautiful rings. I had tried before, ( we won't talk about it ) however, you explain and teach extremely well. Now, I have made lovely moonstone with blue sandstones. Thank you. Sending ❤ A
Samantha you are so talented. You are so appreciated for sharing your techniques with us folks that need a little help😊 As for your hands: Your hands are a beautiful gift❤ We were all made beautiful and perfect. Just to let you know, you are amazing!
Watched this cute ring video last night and making it with you today. You teach step by step, which I love. Eventually, I’ll work myself through all your videos! Thanks for you4 time. Energy and talent to share with me. Blessings and joy to you!
Oh my GOSH!!! Just made one of these rings.....easy peasy! :) Pretty!! Pretty!! Thank you so very much!!! (continues to mutter continued thanks as she heads back to her beads and wire )
@@samanthalatimer1 oh my. I've made 5 pretty rings now and later today I'll find friends and family who will want some. Great fun. Very satisfying and so easy and quick. YOWZERS!! Thanks, Samantha
Thanks for this Sam. I love the trio of beads and found it quite easy to make, though as you say, a little fiddly at first. The first one I mafe was a little small for my finger despite me going under my ring mark (I guess I didn't allow quite enough room as it worked the next time). I've made 2 rings now, one amethyst and one apatite and they're fab. Your hands are fine and show off your jewellery beautifully x
Oh thank you so much, Helen 🥰 Your choice of beads sounds beautiful. And yes, the more you make, the more you get the sizing better, for sure. I’m so happy you enjoyed making them x
There's nothing wrong with your hands God made everyone and your hands are great. And so are the rings I would love to see more of your step by step on how to make other rings. Also. And thank you for sharing
Thank you so much for another great tutorial. There is nothing wrong with your hands. You should see mine all crooked and arthritic. But you know what? It's okay, they are mine and as long as I can still do wire work I will. No apologies. 😊
Sadly not. I gained my degree to teach English and drama at secondary level, but life had other plans for me and I became an SEN mum instead. My calling was destined to be elsewhere 🥰
I have "man hands" too but I EARNED them! Im an artist & jewelry maker who's never shied from hard work. I'll take my "not so dainty" hands for my talent & the joy it's brung others, over useless fake nail modeling ones ANY day! Love...I can palm a basketball! And I'm ONLY 5'6 120! So yeah....you're GOOD!😂 Back to topic! I'm really loving your tutorials! Glad I found you. 😊

We love this but it’s Easter and school holidays so I had to save it for later once the craziness stops
Thank you! This is great to know. Hope you have an amazing Easter break 😍
Hi Sam, may I ask what kind of beads did you use for this project? I like the shine and glimmer of the beads. Thank you in advance.
Hello 👋 For this one, I used Swarovski faux pearls in cream and rose 🥰
@@samanthalatimer1 Thank you so much. I made one, using 8mm pearl & 6mm opals.
@@FrancesKellner ooh that sounds beautiful 😍
My hands are crepey. Happens when you get old.
True. I’m starting with the “liver spots” on mine, but they still work and still make pretty things ❤️
Thank you for this video nice ring cool.Another great video.Have a nice day.😃
