Oh my god the backgrounds and lighting on the characters are positively GORGEOUS
It makes me wonder... How in the world did they do it.
I KNOW RIGHT! I DRAW TOO BIT I COULD NEVER DO THAT!
Think of the backgrounds as characters! For example, maybe it’s supposed to be dark and moody, so it’s a stormy night.
Studying them carefully, i believe the format could either be from Photoshop or moreso CSP (either pro or Executive)
This is the most beautifully done animation meme I have ever seen, I was in pure amazement at the first background shown and it only got better from there holy shit that was phenomenal
