      I can't imagine how hard that is not only on the starter and he engine trying to start in -30 degrees I would of plugged it in for at least 1/2 hour and try to warm it up. IT's brutal hearing it trying to fire bet-the oil is like molasses.

Thank you for answer in advance :) That was extremely reluctant, have you found out the issue yet? To me it sounds like bad quality, gelled up fuel.

      Plug your truck in overnight, and make sure your glow plugs are good lol.
      Also can crank it over a couple times, let it sit and the heat sink in, then start.
      Or the forbidden starter fluid that’ll dry out your injectors pretty quick

    • @johndaniels1356
      @johndaniels1356 Год назад

      Starting fluid doesn't dry out your injectors. It has no way to make it into your injectors. It may dry out your cylinders a bit if you use it in excess but that's it. Really doesn't hurt anything if you use it in small amounts

    Yeah that sounds about right for a POS diesel in the winter taking 8 minutes to finally start getcha a gas and it will fire right up every time plus here’s a bonus you don’t have to wait . I’ll only buy a vehicle that I can jump right in and fire up immediately. Plus not to mention the cost of diesel right now 5.47 a gallon down here lolol sucks to be a diesel owner. I’d love for someone who owns a diesel truck or car to name one good thing about owning a diesel and don’t say fuel mileage lmao I’ll just stick with my Nissan Maxima 2012 fires up every time
