I remember watching the interview at the end of the race and Carl admitted, laughingly, to having practiced that move in a video game and hitting the wall wouldn't slow him down enough to lose the race. I've been telling my kids since the day they got ears, there ain't nothing like the real thing. Carl took a lesson the hard way that day, because most of NASCAR's fan base was laughing heartily at his expense!
