On July 22, 2021, at approximately 1655 hours, I was patrolling on Corinth Poseyville Road near Hall Hill Road. While patrolling, I observed a motorcycle pass by without a tag. I turned around and began catching up to the motorcycle. As I was catching up to the motorcycle, I checked the speed of it with the front antenna of my radar and observed it traveling 58 miles per hour in a posted 45 mile per hour zone. I initiated my emergency equipment and attempted to conduct a traffic stop on the motorcycle. After initiating my emergency equipment, the motorcycle continued traveling south on Corinth Poseyville Road towards Morgan Road. I advised my dispatch that the motorcycle had not yet pulled over. I followed behind the motorcycle with my emergency equipment activated to the intersection of Morgan Road. The motorcycle slowed but did not completely stop at the stop sign, then turned left onto Morgan Road. I advised my dispatch that the motorcyclist initiated a pursuit at this time. I pursued the motorcycle east on Morgan Road to the intersection of Hoke Golden Road. The motorcycle then turned right and began traveling south on Hoke Golden Road. After we turned onto Hoke Golden Road, I attempted to perform a Channelization Technique on the fleeing motorcycle. I positioned the right side of my patrol car slightly ahead of the fleeing motorcycle and forced him onto the grass shoulder while slowing in speed. As we were almost coming to a stop, the motorcycle was able to accelerate and drive around my patrol car back onto the roadway. I continued pursuing the motorcycle south on Hoke Golden Road towards Poseyville Road. I attempted to perform a Channelization Technique on the fleeing motorcycle once again. I once again positioned the right side of my patrol car slightly ahead of the motorcycle and began to channel him onto the right grassy shoulder. As I began to transition towards the grassy shoulder, the driver of the motorcycle, later identified as a Mr. Robert Christopher Harrison turned the motorcycle back to the left to avoid driving onto the grassy shoulder. As Mr. Harrison turned back to the left, the left side foot peg of the motorcycle struck the bottom of the passenger side front door of my patrol car. Mr. Harrison was then able to drive around my patrol car once again. Mr. Harrison turned left and continued traveling east on Hoke Golden Road. I pursued Mr. Harrison on Hoke Golden Road to the intersection of Cashtown Road. Mr. Harrison failed to stop at the stop sign at the intersection of Hoke Golden Road and Cashtown Road. Mr. Harrison continued straight onto Agan Road in which I continued pursuing him. I pursued Mr. Harrison on Agan Road to the intersection of Little Vine Road. At the intersection of Little Vine Road, Mr. Harrison began attempting to turn right onto Little Vine Road. I positioned my patrol car on the right side of the motorcycle and prevented Mr. Harrison from turning right. Mr. Harrison then completed an improper uturn and began traveling north on Agan Road in the direction from which we had just came from. I pursued Mr. Harrison on Agan Road to the intersection of Nix Road. Mr. Harrison turned right onto Nix Road then took an immediate left into a large field. I continued pursuing Mr. Harrison through the large field. I pursued Mr. Harrison to the back of the field and observed a large ditch to the right separating the field and Nix Road. Mr. Harrison then drove the motorcycle through the large ditch back onto Nix Road. I was unable to follow Mr. Harrison through the ditch due to the likelihood of causing significant damage to my patrol car. I advised my dispatch that I had lost visual of the motorcycle at this time. I drove to an opening at a driveway at the back of the field and made my way back onto Nix Road. I continued traveling north on Nix Road in the direction that Mr. Harrison fled. I traveled to the intersection of Morgan Road while on Nix Road and did not observe the motorcycle anymore. I traveled east on Morgan Road for a short distance, turned around and began traveling back towards Nix Road. My dispatch called me at this time and advised that a concerned citizen called and advised that Mr. Harrison was at a residence in the area of 495 Nix Road. I traveled back to the area of 495 Nix Road where I made contact with the concerned citizen. The concerned citizen advised me that he observed Mr. Harrison pull into the address of 581 Nix Road, park the motorcycle behind the house and go inside. I waited on a Haralson County unit to arrive on scene with me. A Haralson County unit arrived on scene with me and we went to the address of 581 Nix Road. I exited my patrol car and slung my issued LWRC rifle. I asked a subject that was in the yard where the guy riding the motorcycle was at. The subject advised me that he did not know. Mr. Harrison began walking from the porch towards me and identified himself as being the one that fled from me on the motorcycle. I ordered Mr. Harrison to lay down on the ground in which he complied. I placed Mr. Harrison in handcuffs and under arrest. I asked Mr. Harrison why was he fleeing from me. Mr. Harrison told me that he had multiple suspensions on his drivers license and did not want to go back to jail. I placed Mr. Harrison in the backseat of my patrol car. I located the motorcycle that Mr. Harrison fled from me on behind the residence. I rolled the motorcycle from the back of the house to the front of my patrol car. I advised my dispatch to contact a next list tow truck. I asked Mr. Harrison what his last name was in which he told me Harrison. I asked Mr. Harrison for his first name. Mr. Harrison advised me that his first name was "Without Justice". I advised Mr. Harrison that I did not believe that was his first name in which he said that yes it was. After talking with Mr. Harrison for a little bit, he finally gave me his correct name. I checked the information of Mr. Harrison on GCIC in which it showed that he had multiple suspensions on his drivers license. While talking with Mr. Harrison, I noticed that he had a different colored shirt on and it appeared that he attempted to shave his facial hair. I asked Mr. Harrison why he changed his shirt in which he told me that it was dirty and sweaty. I asked Mr. Harrison if he attempted to shave his facial hair in which he smiled and nodded yes. The assigned tow company arrived on scene to pick up the motorcycle. The motorcycle was released to the assigned tow company. I transported Mr. Harrison to the Haralson County Jail. Mr. Harrison was released to Haralson County Jail personnel without further incident.

He should’ve never went to the house , he should’ve camped out in the woods until they left.
Leave him alone ....he's travelling
Ummm yea. He’s clearly not conducting business
Yeah, he's traveling alright......traveling to JAIL.
Laugh it up. Its funny to uneducated people who dont know that you have a right to travel legally without a tag or drivers license.
This ain't 1850, he ain't going to california on his wagon.

Same! I'm sure everyone in that house causes problems for all of the neighbors.

Indeed...where's the report :(
The one that's pinned at the top of the comments

@emmettturner9452 LOL. I figured it wasn't there a couple days ago but had to be a smart-ass
@@Dr.Acula76 yar wasn't there when the video was published :)
I love that Wikipedia includes "financial scammers" in their official description. These people never want to pay for the roads they "travel" on all the time.
Well, he did pay gas taxes which is a major road funding source. No, I'm not on board w/ the sovereign citizen movement.
So called sovereign citizens are a menace. They will squat in your house if you leave file bogus liens and engage in all sorts of nefarious and illegal stuff. They belong in jail.
There are some valid arguments in that area when it comes to shared services like electricity. With current technology it might be better privatized because so many people have solar.
Roads are similar as human size drones become more common.
The South is that embarrassing distant cousin that you don't want your friends to ever meet.
I see sovereign citizen, I click.
Yeah, they're always doing something really stupid
It's always humorous 😂
Thank you G S P
Thanks, GSP, for nothing. 🤦🏽♂️
The random mansion in the middle of poverty Georgia was a nice touch.
Poverty Georgia, it’s a Hollywood hub with celebrity estates everywhere. It’s the wealthiest state in the southeast after Florida and third in GDP out of all the east coast states after NY and Pennsylvania. Let’s not even get into the Fortune 500 headquarters that reside in GA and the 4th busiest port
My man wasn’t bothering nobody or speeding or doing nothing crazy at all. just cruising along🤦🏾♂️ enjoying the ride.
The trooper didn't even wear his seatbelt 😊
That’s the most excitement that Harley’s seen in a long time.
He parked the bike right next to the meth lab..
My favorite part was "I'm gonna ask you but once..."
I absolutely LOVE Officer Fuller’s style!!! He’s one of the coolest! ❤❤❤👏👏👏
Calm down, Karen! 😂😂

Well, that's really a Mrs. Gump quote
Well, I just started running and running and running. (Until GSP stopped me)
Perfect example.
Don't mess with the GSP!!!!
Cop: "What are you running for?" Perp: "I don't have a license." Cop: "That's not a reason". Of course, nobody has a license over there. 😂
Cops swerves into motor cycle: "He just hit my car." Yeah, okay. I mean, you're in the right anyway as a LEO, why bend the truth? Just say you're trying to de-centralise the suspect dude.
The pig hit him. A bike rider would never intentionally hit a car
I know I've seen countless mirror slaps in motovideos
He didn't hit your car , you hit him.
I see so many of these fools running when the initial offense was minor (i.e., speeding, bad tail light, etc). It makes me wonder if they do it intentionally so they will get the felony charge. For street cred?
I've absolutely seen people get more charges or get their security level raised to get "rode out" to another prison just for tough guy points.
For a meal and a clean place to sleep, without his aunt-sister stealing the blanket....
These fools are all Methed up huh ?
Why don't the cops PIT bikes? I am sure they would stop a.s.a.p. if they knew they could be "smeared" all over the road.
Guy wasn't even doing anything wrong.!?
Guy ditched the bike behind the house, went inside shaved and changed his clothes but then came out and gave himself up
Коп не пристёгнут, штраф ему выписать!!! 📝
He's probably on a bike because the last time he tried the SovCit crap they towed his car This video is worthy of VanBalions channel. His stupidity and arrogance is next level
Van needs this video! 😂
I love his channel....
I agree. He's not in this country, but he knows our laws better than the SovCit's do. And you should see the ones from Australia and other countries where they try their script. It's hysterical watching them going on and on about the 1st and 4th amendments.
"Not for Hire" on a motorcycle. That's a new one on me.
That's what sovereign citizens, or Moorish "citizens" claim, because they say they are "traveling, not driving for commerce.
They say a bunch of crazy stuff about following "natural law" and are not US citizens. They claim that law enforcement has no jurisdiction over them. This gives them an excuse to not pay taxes, or follow the usual laws which are made for the safety of everyone.
They claim to not have to follow any laws, but they don't mind taking social services that are available.
So, they are "not for hire." Who would want to hire them, is my question.
@@pamtaylor8921It’s not legal to expect people to have a drivers license when they’re not operating a commercial vehicle for hire!
Because most people bow down and got a drivers license and insurance.
No, it can be a pain if you get caught without one. You can sue the police department. Since most people don’t you will lose. So it’s a pain that’s not worth fighting endless most people fight against it!
The Amish don’t have drivers license!
They have their buggies on the road!
@@pamtaylor8921 Maybe someone wants to pay them for a ride that they’re desperate to ride something! Because they’re tired of walking and they don’t have money to rent a car!!
Part of the country squidbillies are from. They got it right. Truck-boat-truck!
I mean, that was some great bike handling. The U turn, not being pushed into the ditch, and then the get away through a field.
He just made the mistake of having ticked off his neighbors way too many times before. 😂
“Where’s he at?” “I’m not gonna ask you but once!” “I’m gonna tell you how this is gonna operate in just a second”! Now, that’s the officer I want on MY team!👍🏻
Dude wasn't bothering anybody riding on back roads and these troopers have nothing better to do.
Why don't y'all go arrest a politician, get a real criminal off the streets? You bunch of cowards!
This is the kind of behavior our forefathers warned us about.
He hit you car but you on the side of him trying to push him in the grass is crazy work 😅😅😅😅
Thank you GSP for keeping us safe. Georgia is my home and heart. Stay safe 💗
I'm not driving, I'm traveling.
Yup, you're traveling to jail, son.
My ultimate counter challenge question for sovereign citizens who do the I am not driving I am traveling card. If you are traveling where are you going and how do you intend to get there? traveling implies a location and that is it once you start to walk you are traveling because it is not motorized the moment you get behind the wheel and travel that is defined as driving or mobilization of a motorized vehicle.
Anarchist.
Stop using big words they don't understand. Just say if its not traveling with your two feet your wrong.

Why does RUclips continue to include a Wikipedia explanation about Sovereign Citizens under these videos? We all have known who these idiots are for years.
Government wants to make sure you associate them with conspiracy theorists and anti vaxxers and flat earthers...tells me there's some truth to those things if the government is desperate to keep you from going there

You've got to commend the neighborhood citizens for doing the right thing, regardless of them being "neighborly" or not. It's all for the Community good, to look out for everyone's safety. This is exactly what everyone should be doing, making their neighbors as well as themselves responsible, for the greater good.
He side swipped your car huh? Maybe that had something to do with trying to run a motorcycle off the road, ever think of that
Oh you have a dumb excuse?? Ok, ill let you go. 😂😂😂
It's such BS when an officer has someone fleeing and tries to force them off the road, resulting in a collision, and the officer yells, "he hit me!" NO sir, YOU hit HIM. But then, it always sounds good to responding officers, doesn't it. 🤔 We know why you do it...STOP IT.
