I'd add Bong-won sa Buddhist temple compound near Ewha Women's University in the Shinchon area of Seoul---it's bigger than the downtown temple and offers more for the average tourist

      1. Not only the places in this video, but also most places in Seoul can be reached by public transportation using the subway or bus.
(If you transfer between buses and subways, you can receive a transfer discount.)
And there is also Kakao Taxi instead of Uber. If you need Uber, you can use KaKao Taxi.)
      2. After purchasing an Airport Railroad ticket at Incheon Airport, take the Airport Railroad to Seoul, then take the subway from Seoul Station to Hongdae.
      3. You can pay for subway, bus, and taxi fares with a prepaid card called T Money Card. When purchasing a SIM card at the airport, depending on the carrier, there may be a T-money card on the SIM card plate. (Was it KT?) It is used once at a time in the subway station. Instead of purchasing a ticket, you can purchase a T Money card at a convenience store and recharge it (cash only) at the convenience store, so it is convenient to purchase a T Money card and recharge it with Korean cash in increments of 10,000 won.
(You can also use your T Money card to buy things at convenience stores)
      4. Google Maps, a foreign company, does not work properly in Korea due to security issues, so you can install Naver Map or Kakao Map on your phone. It is convenient because it provides real-time vehicle times when finding directions on using public transportation.
5.Some subway stations have huge underground shopping malls, are connected to department stores or shopping malls, or have multiple transfer lines, so it can be confusing because of the many stations and many lines. However, you can search on Naver Map to get a good idea of the route, but if you don't know the direction in a subway station, ask Koreans around you. Most Korean people are kind, so you don't have to feel intimidated by being ignored once. If you ask young people in their 20s or so, they will probably be willing to help you.
There will probably be autumn leaves in the mountains in November. (Seoraksan Mountain in Gangwon-do is a place where many Koreans go hiking in the fall to see the fall foliage.)
I hope you have a pleasant trip to Korea.

Gyeongbok Palace, Jogyesa Temple, and the Blue House can be done in a day
Lotte Tower and Coex can be done in a day since they are on the south side of the river
Namsan, DDP, and Cheonggyecheon can be done together in a day.
After that I’d spend at least half a day at the han river riding bikes and having picnics. And then you can do a sunset visit to the Hanok village.
It will be rushed but it can be done.
I will be uploading a new video in Feb that will have 10 more spots so that will be out before your trip
