I’m div 5 atm and have come across the odd really good player but remember not so many people have the game so the divs will be watered down with less skilled people when the full games out

i was losing to my friend 6-0 and like just kept giving the ball away and couldn't create opportunities he went to the toilet I watched the first 3 min and boom 3 goals in the first half and well I got cocky and lost but point is pressing l1 or lb makes such a difference

struggling with dribbling and 1v1 defending jockeying is very different this year
100% my players just stand without sticking a leg out for the ball when jockeying. All my players are slow as turtles aswell

9 out of 10 my passes got intercepted, there is an open space i press triangle and instead of passing the ball nicely it always gets intercepted im so pissed this is unreal, idk what am i doing wrong.
Nothing. The game is just the same trash as last years. No matter what you do, the game helps the opponent. There's no way in hell someone can provide a logical explanation of how a random 81 ovr. gold card of some random player nobody has heard in the history of football is faster than Diaby with 93 pace + pace from chem... Yet it happens in game. I pass into an open space, intercepted.. enemy throws passes left and right inbetween 5 people, not intercepted.. There's countless things I can explain are wrong with this game as well as provide videos of, yet everyone will say it's a skill issue... xD

Ive been a hard stuck in Div 6 this season, always gets a draw, win then lose and repeat. One that annoys me the most is this game crashes for no reason sometime, saw this problem happened to alot of people in reddit too.
reached elite relatively easily last year. Now im not even div 5 yet. This year i just dont feel i have the control over anything. Having heavy fifa 20 ptsd, this is for sure one of the worst Fifas ever.
I mean i'm gonna be honest. I NEVER had this experience in ANY FIFA ( even with early access ) , like this one. It's actually ridiculous. i'm on DIV 7 and legit i cannot do anything. My defenders are skating entire game. 1v1 ? Goal. Ball to the striker ? Goal . Counter attack ? Goal . Cover passing line ? ball bounces 3 times back , goal . Jockey doesnt work,running jockey defenders are stuck in motion . On attack i legit have guys 100% of the game pressing ALL TIME . all passing lines done, defenders legit stuck on my attackers, this never happens with my team wtf is going on ? My team is not the best but decent without money, and yes i'm using tactical defending, and YES i do have 25-30 PING on every game compared to those 9-10 i see everyone playing it

I am also struggling in Div 7, the last two to three FIFAs, it was so easy to get Elite Division or Division 1, the players are skating like its dance on ice, and jockey is horrible vs RB/R1 dribbling, I switched to Advance Defending, but it makes only slight difference, won't stop the skating defenders. Jockey and block shouldn't even be playstyles, it should be standard for every defenders, that's their bread and butter, I am surprised a lot of defenders don't even have it, but even with the playstyles it don't stop the skating.
While in attack, I am screaming where are my options, despite even putting instructions and tactics that would usually give me options for passing, but enemy just seems to intercept and press everytime. The state of game is only rewarding people who spam playstyles and rb/r1 dribbling, and not people who can actually understand how to play proper football: pass, defend and tactics, I use to hate people who spammed unnecessary broken skill moves, but that is nothing compare to the current state now.

I never been frustrated with a game this much, had to uninstall it, I hope there is an overhaul in next patch, else it just ain't worth. Keep your sanity haha

For some reason i didnt know how to make my players run and attack, so for years the computer was doing it for me
What are your camera settings? Any video that shows?
Its so weird. When im trying to get out of my side of the field, the attackers and midfield just attack super aggressively and push my players getting them off balance and no fouls are called. But i end up losing the ball in the end. And when one of my forwards gets the ball, like three defenders instantly since before run like maniacs toward my player and just end up sandwiching him. Almost everyone i play in seasons does this.

Same it’s baffling. They just run out of position. Like dgmw I’m struggling to defend as it is but moving them out of the way just makes it impossible to defend. That’s without mentioning the delay which hardly anyone seems to mention
Same, ai drags my player out and leaves holes for my opponent to expose. Not even our fault either, uncontrollable.

This game continuously registers the wrong passes. When I try to low hard pass to a player on the other side of the field, often the ball goes to a player that is near that line..

Its so freaking sad that "all" attacks is about cut back. Its not even a cut-back. People just twist and turn, then pass it inside the box.
Its the first time in my life i got a ps5 and trying fc 24 not having played any fifas before or controller everyone is too good on div rivals i can’t play a player my skill level defending is hard and passing the ball around just loses you the ball very easy and i cant shoot at all the enemies know how to get the ball so easy im lost :/
