Hey I paid for subscription and it's worth it the videos are way more detailed and there's many more. I've been watching videos for two days, and I finished rank 2 in squad battles and I'm much more competitive with practice and continued studying of the fc school, I'm positive I'll be elite division one and have great records in champs league for years to come. You don't even need to subscribe for more then two months if you actually do the work
you are correct but positioning is the most important thing, people struggle defensively because they spam the tackle too much and run out, its better to reset
Can this be shown on career mode? Defending against the AI is totally different than playing against people online. In 5 seasons of career mode ive had only about 10 clean sheets. Ive tried all the techniques , tactics and formations and it does not work at all. The AI always dances past you one way or another 😫its completely unplayable and has been since day one
See there are times where I do this because I’m scared to press the stand tackle button cause it’ll take you out the play. Then when I do L2 R2 they’ll just go right through me and my player won’t do that “automatic tackle” defense sucks this year.

I stopped doing this, with R1 sprint and speed boosts this let my opps run past me. Hell even with the dribbling that u be doing, they go around u better then a skill move and only thing that works is O. R1 and speed boost killed this game

Since I started playing FUT in fifa 18, I never understand those mechanics. Feels like I always playing with handicap. honestly gonna kill myself ause this game. brought it for £16 at the end of deember and my records about 7 20 60. i just cant win anything, i go 3 0 up and they get a red card guess what a last minute corner they win or draw, go 1 0 up just before half time guess what they score straight from kick off. iv never been good at fifa but surely i shouldnt loose like 9 out of 10 games
Absolutely useless. The opponent can run through my defense as he wants to, is always faster than me, wins every 1 on 1 in the air and on the ground, stands absolutely right in every moment while my team can‘t do shit and there is absolutely nothing you can do to prevent it. This game is a scam.
It gives u room to cover and it's gives u more of defensive advantages because you are able to narrow the pitch close pasing lanes and get a defensive shape
When you say just use L2 and R2 have you customised your controls, or is it still L2 for Protect Ball and R2 for Jockey? Not only that but the controls change when you go from attack to defence. So L2 (Protect Ball), then becomes Teammate Contain. So what is the other button we are supposed to press alongside Jockey? I try that with Exeter in Career mode and the defenders just stand there…
Again a defence video that dosent address the single biggest thing players are doing. Running behind u constantly pulling on ur player and never giving away a foul. Defenders clattering into the back of forwards that are clean threw and referee does nothing and yet giving the opponent free kicks for perfectly good tackles from the front against. Literally feels like I’m playing against people that have fouls turned off almost every game
All the tactics and skills stuff people use just not fun to play anymore. People like to casually play RUclipsrs and their content help kill this game.

Unless you have pressure on heavy touch like everyone does, so the Ai does the tackling for you
