    Thank you that was very informative & helpful, my plant looks exactly like yours & I'm in MN...now I know why my cat doesn't just stay /hangout by the catmint in my garden. Happy gardening all! 😻😄

    Any tips for keeping mine for cracking in the middle? It's just spring and mine already have huge holes in the center...looks not great. They are planted right on my walkway so it just doesn't work.

      How much water is it getting? The only time I've seen them crash from the middle out is when they are too wet.

      No. It will get wide - up to 3 feet - but doesn't take over a flowerbed.
