I think the hairstyle looks cool and as you said blends in nice either way with mullet. I really do like this type of mullet style on you as well. I’m interested to see what other ideas you have for the channel, but do miss more in depth trimming videos. I know it’s redundant but maybe new viewers (and old) would like seeing these current ideas with the trims. On the main channel I like the deep cuts the best. Overall, since we don’t know what other ideas you are considering, maybe lifestyle and other style based videos as another commenter wrote. I have enjoyed some of the life type videos Eric made on his personal channel.
Totally understand getting a kick out of going with a renegade kind of style. For me it's an extreme shaved high and tight horseshoe flat top. Sides, back and landing strip razor shaved. You might want to try it. Major transformations tend to draw more views. Wondered if you've considered finding guys open to a major transformation and the barber deciding the style? It would be fun to see their reaction.
I'd love to see a growing your hair out type of video, week by week. It would be cool to go on the journey with you guys and understand how you get though the "awkward stages".

I'm not a long-time fan; just somebody who recently discovered you since I got a Beardscape V2 and wanted to know more about using it and get my beard game on point. You've already helped me in that regard.☺ I religiously follow Real Men Real Style, Alpha M, and 40 Over Fashion as my primary fashion influencers (I'm 62). Perhaps you could cross over into that world more with a collab with them or something like beard trivia, i.e. Which state has the most beards? What is the fave style of each state for beards? Stuff like that. Maybe some top 5 or top 10 lists of what not to do... or what to do to keep your beard game winning. Product reviews are another option of course. I research the crap out of items I'm going to purchase to include YT reviews. The content, imho, has to hit in ways that are personal. Beard stuff on a per state basis could be an option. What beards are better summer? Most fashionable vs least fashionable beards. How to find a good beard barber. How to correctly dye a beard and which product to use. After you said you've been in the beard/TY game for a decade, what struck me was how narrow, almost niche, your content is. Finding a way to elevate it beyond just beards seems like a good idea. I wish I had more suggestions for you. Regardless, I'm impressed by your content and look forward to whatever direction it evolves.♥

I think you'd could go the full Captain Planet and get a flat top mullet next. I do really enjoy the content you and the gang put out there and look forward to the new things you'll do in 2024.
My thoughts take the 3 haircut 20-30 minute video and make it 3 8-12 minute videos. Makes a Monday, Thursday, Sunday rotation. Make a random video of banter in the shop (several 360 cameras can record all day to catch it). Keep up the hard work. Been a long time watcher for the beard. Growing hair out after shaving for 23 years.
If I can make a suggestion, list videos tend to get a good amount of views. Maybe a couple of top 10 beard / hair products / accessories lists. It’s always helpful hearing about things like that from experts.
Been following your videos just about since you started making them. I really enjoy seeing different styles of beards and who they fit best on. More partial beard style content. Little tip for more engagement: create some potential high growth videos that target emotion and have a wow factor. Doesn't have to be every single video but slipping one here and there can bring in new viewers, reactivate past viewers, etc. ultimately leads to a snowball effect. For example: a video titled: We Asked Random Men If we can Trim and Shape their Beard. (can be one video or a series) Emotion: Feel good video, confidence. Person looks better, they love the look, makes them feel more confident. Some viewers with untrimmed or unshaped beards might relate. Wives or GF's might relate for their partner. Wow: Viewers may be surprised by the transformations, eager to comment about it. Boost the algorithm. Similar concept on how content creator barbers post before and after transformations of haircuts. You should get a flattop with fenders and grow the back fuller and longer like you had it before.
