Bro talkin bout 4% PER MONTH on a financial vehicle. When you find one fund that pays that for real, I BEG you PM me so I can verify how legit it is... If you get $100K invested @ 4% return, regardless if they pay monthly dividends, you're talking $4,000/12=$333/mo. The best somebody gon make off $100K a year is about $15,000 if invested in a powerful REIT. Now, you put your momma on a $1,800/mo payroll, at least pay most of not all her rent. Y'all need to educate yourselves, & talk with ACTUAL FACTS when putting out them numbers. He didn't mention what funds he used to get no damn 4% monthly returns, nor did he mention the actual amount of money he invested & the monthly returns. He just gave a hypothetical example, & the math was far from mathin.
All the numbers being off & all, his CONCEPT of not just using the advance itself to waste on the mother's payroll, but instead investing the money into a VEHICLE that will pay monthly dividends to the mother, that's absolute facts.
Nowhere on this earth can you invest 100k And get a yearly return of 48k just casually it just doesn’t exist - Thai is a post for the broke people likely to fall for scams he is surly selling 😂😂😂
the math ain't mathin'. little over $300 per month on a 100k 4% APY. Put it in an S&P index fund and get about 8-12% interest per year. Hit a million in index fund and now momma might be able to get around 4k a month
Look up high yield accounts, they pay every month. I don't have $100k in the account personally but what I do have does accumulate in the high yield account per month.
Here's the math: 4% of 100k is $4000. That is someone's modest bills. If this is paid every month, it's $48k every year before taxes but you don't have to work for. 🤦🏽♂️
@@mattythechefdc The point is 4% per MONTH is insanely high interest. The only people making that kind of interest on their investments are in congress.
He is looking at a vehicle more like 45% APY... 😂😂 that doest exist unless its a super super risky asset class. Dont take financial advice from youtube shorts 😂
that’s with apr ANNUAL percentage rate, that’s a once a year payment
Sort of. I have a high yield account with Cap One and the percentage is monthly.
@@mattythechefdc and what is that percentage
About %4-%5. I'd have to look at it to see what the rate is.
@@mattythechefdcthe APR would be 48% then
Lmfao bruh that’s a yearly rate, you get paid interest monthly but it’s 1/12th of the 5%
What vehicle is that? I'd love to know.
Where do I have to put my money to get 4% a month? I got 50k rn for it

What back is this? I'll switch tomorrow... HYS accounts are yearly not monthly.
Specifically what pays 4% a month? The actual name of the financial institution giving this please.
Nothing pays 4% a month
Lol if it existed you wouldn't want to touch it with a ten foot pole
This fool thinks apr is a monthly rate 😂
Ain’t a mf ALIVE earning 4% a month off 100k alone 😂😂😂
4% a month is 48% a year. No legal investment is expected to average 50% a year.

@@mattythechefdc I have close to that with an 4.1% APY and I get some where around $290-$300 per month.
