One thing I want to know is how to copyright, i mean to say adding my name in the presentation so no one can make changes in it.

If you don't want others to edit your file, you can add a password to edit. How you make video of yourself with showcasing different object.
We use Camtasia Studio for screen capture and Regular camera for video capture. Rest everything is about video editing.
I am a teacher, pls give one tutorial on video editing, I like your way to make things simple to understand.
