I am tempted by this one! I think it looks so pretty on you! So many neutrals are too warm, and this looks like it's actually neutral.
I agree. When neutrals go warm, it’s the only time I really don’t like neutrals. They just kind of go red when they’re so warm
I just bought this palette this morning. It was at the Sephora in Tampa. I love the color story. I wasn’t going to buy it until I saw it. Then I said, “YES!”. Love your eye looks. You have more makeup skill than you give yourself credit for. You always give me ideas while brightening my day. ❤❤❤❤❤

I also think this is a perfect companion palette to Ethereal Eyes! And his other neutral palette. Perfect starting points for any look, and easy to layer with our single sparkly shades!

Thank you for the review….it’s a pretty palette but it’s a miss for me. I would honestly only use 2 shades of the palette so for me it’s not worth it. I have Ethereal Eyes and thats my only Mario palette which I’m happy with. But Ive noticed I’m only really buying Dior, YSL & Chanel etc I’m saving my pennies for Chanel’s lilac eyeshadow/mascara coming out in May i cant wait! Ps your final look was very pretty x

I loved the gray/blk look! You reminded me of the other Mario palette w/the shimmers in it. I'm gonna pull that one out for tomorrow. I'm a pass on this one though, have soooo many neutrals I can't imagine there'd be something in there I didn't already have. TY Rebecca and congrats on the 20K!!

I am a matt eyeshadows lover. I rarely wear shimmer- maybe 5 times a year😂😂. When I originally saw pictures of this, I dismissed it as it appear to be cool. I do not like myself in cool tones- they seem to wash me out. And then I actuallu saw the palette and saw it is neutral few cools. I always wanted a truly neutral palette. Patrick Ta sort of did it and Inl9ve his 3rd one. So i got this one and it will arrivw today so I will.play tomorrow. I like Mario formula od Master mattes. I was not a big fan of Etherial eyes mattws formula- they were too puffy. But after a year they are mature mattes now😂😂😂 and I like them better. Also I like how this palette truly reminds me of 90s makeup. These are the yeaes I actually really liked how makeup looked like and I think he nailed it with these shades. And bonus brownies from me for inspiration in nature. Nature has the best colors😊. I like your eye looks- easy peasy. Congratulations on 20 000 subs!

I can see how this palette would be well received as this is a very user friendly color story plus everyone doesn’t have a million palettes so this palette will easily be a person’s go to palette or even traveling partner. I love Mario but I’ve been less intrigued by his products. In fact, I’ve only picked up a couple items from his line since he launched a few years back. I think i’m missing some depth and uniqueness with his products. I know know, what else is there, but i still want the WOW and the OMG that’s amazing feeling with the brand or even the Jeez that’s a cool product. I know I know, i’m asking for a lot but oh well😂🎉
No. You're NOT asking for a lot. Danessa has that factor. Even Westman Atelier (even tho I don't like her products, to be honest) has that certain something. So I see your point entirely.
Hi lovely Rebecca !! This looks like another lovely pallet . For me it’s always a pop of shimmer in the centre of the eye . Ethereal eyes contains the best of both . When you held up the palette and I looked at your most used shades . It’s exactly the same as my go to shades in this palette 😁❤🤗
Oh yes. There are definite sparkle shades in ethereal that are better than the other sparkle shades! A hierarchy for sure ha ha
I never could bring myself to buy the original Master Mattes palette too many warm shades that I would never use. This one I can definitely get behind and have already ordered, though, like you, I think a little sparkle is necessary….just because. 😘 Viva la Cool Tone (Neutral) Revolution!!
The Cool Tone Revolution Army definitely needs like a pipe band in the front of the cooler neutrals!!!!

Such pretty looks! I just got the matte palette yesterday and totally plan on using some sparkle from his Ethereal palette...beautiful combo
I really like the way those two pallets work together, specifically those two
I'm embarrassed to say I really only bought this for the gray shade. The other shades I have in other palettes, but that particular gray shade is less common, especially matte, but is perfect for those of use who prefer a softer smoky eye than black. Still, it was a grudging purchase for me. I generally prefer not to buy palettes for just one or two shades.
I am almost exclusively using that grey shade so I HEAR YA!

Hi dear Rebecca, applause for yourself, really, i hate creating an only matte look, but you did quite good!!!🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩I agree with you, with some shimmer/sparkle added, much more nice!!! I purchased this one, it just arrived, swatched, very happy! Why? Because i missed neutral mattes! And this is such a good combination of neutral mattes, Rebecca! To wear alone for me, no. What i always do with such a palette, i think like almost everyone, taking 1, 2 or 3 colours, not more, and than: i can combine them with a shimmer that my more sensitive eyes tolerate! This palette is super! The colours are so well thought out and combined, something that i miss when i look at Viseart matte palettes or other brands. By the way, i do love the Patrick Ta Volume 3 as well! And i love that Kosas almost matte palette, you showed about half a year ago, when that showed up here in EU recently: nobody likes it, but i do, i love foolproof stuff, and easy most of the time! I still have times that i'm sitting down with at least 6 quads/palettes, but love it more and more simple. And i love to use the VB eye wear sticks, the more deep colours to use as a more natural liner, an eyelook is so quickly done than. I think you're brave to not make a muddy mess out of this (i would), and loved the video, thanks so much, and so proud of your 20K!!!❤❤❤❤❤❤

Mine took forever this time!
His neutral palattes never interested me, especially with Natasha, but I would be more than likely to pick this one up rather than the first one. And, the Etherial Eyes is up my alley but never pulled the trigger. I am more of a fan of his lippies, mainly the lip serums.
I had forgotten how nice the lip serums are until I wore one yesterday for the video
It does look like from the ingredients that you are right and that all three palettes (warm mattes, neutral mattes, ethereal eyes) are all slightly different matte formulas. I have concluded that palettes with a lot of darker shades are just too hard for me to work with on my complexion, and it looks like the shades that i would use in this one are basically also present in the Ethereal Eyes collection. So i think i need to just focus on that one and stop thinking about buying this new one! Thanks for the comparison!

You convinced me this is neutral. I see a white base in the pan 😄Cool tones can be rough for those with dark circles. I never hear anyone mention that. It’s always more concealer and corrector to make the cool tones on the eyes wearable. More under the eyes isn’t always a good look either.
It’s really hard because cool warm and neutral do intersect

Rebecca, don’t sell yourself short, I thought your shadow looks were beautiful. When the Ethereal Palette first came out I missed out on it. Fast forward to buying I Need A Nude Palette and then the Ethereal Palette was released again. I decided it was too similar to the Natasha palette and didn’t buy it. I’m on the fence with this new palette, do I really need it? I may wait for the Sephora sale, but my luck it will be sold out!
I’ll tell you this much, it is not limited edition , people are not as excited about it because it has no sparkle, to be honest, so I think you are free to take a chance with it at the Sephora sale. I do agree that since it’s on sale there, it will go fast but as long as you are on it with the sale starting, my guess is you will get it. I hope that’s not famous last words.

I am annoyed at this release. The promo pics looks like a cool lovers dream come true. But it’s just more warm leaning neutrals with grey thrown in. The industry has a ton of these already. I almost bought before review. So glad I didn’t.
