Study ke 8 hours mese 1.30 hr meals, 10 mins meditation, 1hr jog /exercises, 10 mins affirmations, visualisation, 10 mins friends and family and 1 hr rest. these are very important things to us. 4hours study. 2 hr morning /evening
I brought 99 percent in class 5th and I was the topper of my Class but now I'm in class 7th I felt I'm becoming a loser but after watching this video I think I can do it never lose your confidence and go ahead 😊
