0:43 if I remember correctly, the explanation in the comic is actually pretty logical. Ramona agreed to the first meet up because using his conscience as a subspace highway made him obsessed, so she felt that his obsession was somewhat her fault. Great video though
honestly, loved that the new series focuses more on ramona, because we get this idea in the movie and comic that she's just this holy angel capable of no wrong (since it's from scott's perspective) but in the series, we see that ramona is as horrible as scott is and they really do deserver each other. love it.
I like the idea of focusing on Ramona, but honestly I think that in the comic you still get to understand that she sucks, and personally it doesn't even feel like she grows a bit, at least Scott learnt to be a less shitty person and we can kinda assume that one day he'll be a normal human being, Ramona kinda return for selfish reasons and just enjoy Scott forgiveness

I love your voice. it genuinely sounds like you're laughing at the thought of every piece of this the entire time which really pulls in together how glamorous narcissism and toxic traits are often portrayed. All these characters are by definition "Losers," and horrible people in their own ways with literally like.... a couple positive qualities. any "good" character in the series has little to no actual time in the story. which makes the focal attention to the main cast look amazing when compared to people more terrible than them. 10/10 video

technically the relationship is legal in canada(where it takes place and where the author is from) so long as the person over the age of 18 is not in a position of authority trust, authority, or dependency. scott does not have any of those positions so while the relationship is weird it really is JUST weird
