Therefore he did break French copyright laws but I don't think it will get noticed, and if it does, he will just be asked to remove the twinkling footage :)

It was obviously taken care of but situations like this need to be talked about or hotels won't feel the need to take responsibility for their actions. Mold and mildew can be harmful if not deadly for some people and it could have ended up way worse then this.
Cassie B I agree! I had a friend who stayed in a hotel, I forgot where it was, and there was mold/mildew there and he got an allergic reaction, he also had asthma so it was way worse and because of the mold they took him to he hospital. They refunded the room, thank God.
