I used to feel this way, but I was able to overcome it with the help of my family and friends once I overcame the fear of shame and thinking they wouldn't understand. Now I know someone who says she feels this way on a somewhat regular basis. I tried to help her and be there for her when she would let me, empathize, be positive, offer encouragement, and try to make her happy. But things have gotten really bad for her the last few weeks, and she's dealing with an immense amount of stress on top of her depression and anxiety, and she's pushed me away. I can't help wishing I could have done more, or could be doing more. Even though I believe she's strong enough to not take the final option, I'm just so very worried about her and holding out hope that she'll be able to get herself to a better place soon. 👻, if you watch this video and see this comment, please know that you are NOT worthless, that things WILL get better, and you have more people out there that love you, care about you, and believe in you than you sometimes realize or are willing to admit to yourself. And we're all here for you and ready to help you get through this when you're ready to let us. That goes for everyone else out there too. Yeah, there will always be a few people that can't comprehend how anyone could ever feel this way, and won't understand what you're going through. I just heard this song for the 1st time a few days ago, and when I heard him sing that line it was instantly like a punch to the heart and gut, bringing up memories of my own struggles, and reminding me of what she's going through. But within a few moments there was also this soothing calm that fell over me, because it also reminded me that I got through it, and there are other people out there, like Lewis, that can at least relate to the people that do struggle with it.

I recently just found this song and i cant help but cry to it. I was at my aunts house when she lost the battle. It's the scariest thing i've ever seen and i found this and it has been my song to cry to and helping me through this time. Lewis if you ever read this comment i want you to know that if weren't for finding this song 2 days after she did that i would've joined her. So i just wanted to thank you for writing this. in 2020 my uncle took his life, i was living with him at the time, and the night he took his life we were sitting together listening to music. i didnt know that would be the last time we sat and talk. i eventually left to go hang out with friends. i told him that i would be back. i crashed out at a friends and my phone died. when i finally got it charged and check my messages and find out that he was gone. i didnt want to believe it. i was mad at everyone who was telling me that he was gone and he took his life. i thought it was a sick joke. i listen to this song on repeat after he passed, laying in his room. this song still hits me today i wish i could have shared this song with him rip uncle duk i miss you so much,

I listened to this song a year ago, ready to give up and end everything. I didn’t see a way out of the suffering. I ended up in a mental hospital for 4 weeks. But I kept going, made changes and now I own my own business, have purpose in my life and for the first time in my 26 years of life I feel a sense of excitement for my future. I love this song and this is the first time I saw the video. I can't stop crying. Have you ever been in a position where you have to make a choice? This song hit home in every way. I lost my husband to suicide 8 months ago, we had just celebrated 15 years of marriage, he left me with our 2 boys (14 and 10) life will never be the same. I have his ashes, I talk to him, I ask questions, he started suffering from depression after his father passed away in 2019, he was under psychiatric care, but I had no idea he was suicidal. The day he took his life, was the worst day of my life. He took his life in a location that our kids wouldn't find him, but it was the 1st place I looked for him. I still have that image, I still hear myself screaming, I remember calling 911, I still remember the police staying at my side the entire night not allowing anyone to come near or talk to me unless I said it was okay, I remember another officer not allowing my kids to come out of the house to protect them from seeing anything. Dec 2nd 2021 forever changed my life. I was in a fog and numb until I returned to work in January. My boys are at the age that they need their dad and he isn't here, I have been leaning on uncle's to help guide the boys. I played this song on their Dad's birthday recently as we decided to celebrate his birthday instead of mourning him (like his mother decided to do) I only want my children to mourn their fathers death on the day he passed, not on his birthday as well. My MIL hates me for that but I am doing what is best for MY children... Sorry for rambling...

I used to feel this way, but I was able to overcome it with the help of my family and friends once I overcame the fear of shame and thinking they wouldn't understand. Now I know someone who says she feels this way on a somewhat regular basis. I tried to help her and be there for her when she would let me, empathize, be positive, offer encouragement, and try to make her happy. But things have gotten really bad for her the last few weeks, and she's dealing with an immense amount of stress on top of her depression and anxiety, and she's pushed me away. I can't help wishing I could have done more, or could be doing more. Even though I believe she's strong enough to not take the final option, I'm just so very worried about her and holding out hope that she'll be able to get herself to a better place soon. 👻, if you watch this video and see this comment, please know that you are NOT worthless, that things WILL get better, and you have more people out there that love you, care about you, and believe in you than you sometimes realize or are willing to admit to yourself. And we're all here for you and ready to help you get through this when you're ready to let us.
That goes for everyone else out there too. You have more people around you that are willing to help than you realize. Yeah, there will always be a few people that can't comprehend how anyone could ever feel this way, and won't understand what you're going through. But there are far more people around you that do, or will at least try to understand, and they'll be relieved that you reached out to them for their help.

I just heard this song for the 1st time a few days ago, and when I heard him sing that line it was instantly like a punch to the heart and gut, bringing up memories of my own struggles, and reminding me of what she's going through. But within a few moments there was also this soothing calm that fell over me, because it also reminded me that I got through it, and there are other people out there, like Lewis, that can at least relate to the people that do struggle with it.

in 2020 my uncle took his life, i was living with him at the time, and the night he took his life we were sitting together listening to music. i didnt know that would be the last time we sat and talk. i eventually left to go hang out with friends. i told him that i would be back. i crashed out at a friends and my phone died. when i finally got it charged and check my messages and find out that he was gone. i didnt want to believe it. i was mad at everyone who was telling me that he was gone and he took his life. i thought it was a sick joke. i listen to this song on repeat after he passed, laying in his room. this song still hits me today i wish i could have shared this song with him rip uncle duk i miss you so much,

But I kept going, made changes and now I own my own business, have purpose in my life and for the first time in my 26 years of life I feel a sense of excitement for my future. I love this song and this is the first time I saw the video. I can't stop crying. Have you ever been in a position where you have to make a choice? This song hit home in every way. I lost my husband to suicide 8 months ago, we had just celebrated 15 years of marriage, he left me with our 2 boys (14 and 10) life will never be the same. I have his ashes, I talk to him, I ask questions, he started suffering from depression after his father passed away in 2019, he was under psychiatric care, but I had no idea he was suicidal. The day he took his life, was the worst day of my life. He took his life in a location that our kids wouldn't find him, but it was the 1st place I looked for him. I still have that image, I still hear myself screaming, I remember calling 911, I still remember the police staying at my side the entire night not allowing anyone to come near or talk to me unless I said it was okay, I remember another officer not allowing my kids to come out of the house to protect them from seeing anything. Dec 2nd 2021 forever changed my life. I was in a fog and numb until I returned to work in January. My boys are at the age that they need their dad and he isn't here, I have been leaning on uncle's to help guide the boys. I played this song on their Dad's birthday recently as we decided to celebrate his birthday instead of mourning him (like his mother decided to do) I only want my children to mourn their fathers death on the day he passed, not on his birthday as well. My MIL hates me for that but I am doing what is best for MY children... Sorry for rambling...
