Example, sa agriculture, imbis ang iappoint jan ay yong may alam sa pagtatanim ay naupo yong mga engineers o abogado na di naman related sa profession nila. Sayang ang pinapasahod ng gobyerno at ang budget na napupunta sa di naman pinakinabangan ng karamihang magsasaka. Kausapin ang mga farmers kung ano ang kailangan para maiangat sila.
This series is the best!! I have a huge curiosity on the cattle industry and this series makes my dream come alive and I can't wait to put up my own ranch. Also, bilib ako kay sir Edgar from an Electronics Engineer to Farm Manager, ang dami nya alam dun sa technicalities nung farm basically sa crops, genetics nung cattle, even sa vermiculture. I am also an Electronics and Communications Engineer batch 2000. I worked in Japan way back 2003-2010 and migrated here in Australia in 2011. I am working with Rio Tinto Mines and most of my savings I am using now to start and establish a farm in Ilocos Norte with some few heads of goats and cows on a lot I acquired when I was in Japan. My goal is to stop working abroad before 50 years old and focus on agribusiness. My wife is planning to establish a diagnostic clinic in the Philippines as well and transfer the technology and expertise acquire over the years of her experience as a medical scientist. We pray that these plans would be realised through God's wisdom and discernment to help our country on food security and share our skills to the Filipino people. God willing....

Sir with all do respect ,all your time and effort rendered and rendering continous informations for our food productions is deeply appreciated...me being here in the States is benefiting with all the informations being shared by different Farmers...I am currently a retired Senior appreciates the knowledges absorb even if I’m far from home...as an avid fan that always tract your episodes everyday...for your sustainability maybe have a Gala of all your farm participants to have an identified space in your farm maintained by each of them or maybe share with expenses or farmer to management...which also serve as marketing for them so why not...You not charging anything...maybe everybody / farms can showcase their products through your farm in Tanay,maybe a school of learning and tourism...I’m sure these farmers won’t mind advertising through your international network ...and at the same time developing your farm for tourism,learning,camping grounds and so forth...I think this advice is simply a creative gesture...the main purpose of these ideas is for sustainability and sharing of benefits which you deserve...Thx! Tama si PBBM ang solution ay mechanization, scientific and modern aggrarian approach. Yun maliit at small farms magsamasama form a association or cooperatives and invest in modern agriculture. Sa mais naman napakadali mag produce ng 11Tons/ha sa cobs. Ang farmer na maka produce lang ng 6-8Tns cobs, insigida sa 30dys lang na land preparation after hrvest, presto maka hrvest ng 11T/ha at mapabalik natin ang lupain katulad noong 1990. Next 3 croppings mapabalik natin ang magandang color ng lupa as volcanic soil as of 1970. 👍👍👍

Ang problema ng mga farmers natin malilit mga lupa nila mostly nasa 2-3 hectares, so kahit magka capital hindi viable na mag invest sa modern farming or mga bagong machineries. Hindi nila makabawi capital nila. Yun limitation ng gobyerno sa agricultural land ownership is naging counter productive. Wala ka nang masyadong makitang mga farmers na 10+ hectares ang sina saka.
