@Dire - The clipper is an amazing tool from agricraft. Would have really assisted your first few minutes (and likely a bunch of the off camera stuff). Allows you to reduce the growth size of a crop to give you a clipping which functions similarly to a seed (it's % success chance being effected by the STR of the clipping) thus avoiding some of the weed problem, its also not hard to say get 2 or 3 times as much clipping as you need to seed your area and just brute force success. By no means I am saying you have to use it, only offering it as an option to reduce frustration of weeds. I understand expecting anyone to understand all the many many options withing all the mods for doing things is basically impossible. Just trying to help, love the content, hope the pack continues to entertain you.
Once you get your "10/10/10" seeds grow the plant, and use clippers, to take cuttings, which are a sort of "agricraft seed" type item, that you can then use to more efficiently spread the plant. you could also do this when breeding, each stage, on the four crops like he did in the previous episode, it's a bit more work, but more reliably bigger gains. And with weeds on, then fewer "cycles" to max stats, this could be a viable option.
If you use the clipper i think is the name you can get clippings from the seed you clipped. These clippings can be used on cropsticks to plant a new plant. Better seeds give better clippings with abhigher Chance to plant a seed. So no need to water and weed for hours
I believe what is causing dire to take damage from falling is because of electrobob's wizardry. They have a config setting that changes the fall damage mechanic by going with velocity instead of distance, so that might be causing the fall damage.
One of my favorite things that I’ve ever done is automating the 10/10/10-ing of seeds using Integrated Dynamics and Extra Utilities (primarily). It wasn’t too bad, even; the majority of it was me flailing around with how Mechanical Users interacted with crop sticks. Highly recommend it.

said it before i'll say it again. You need dozens upon dozens of rats running around all with unique names. Either the usual youtube thing of after subs/commentors, or all rat-puns
You should make a Diamond Bow with Multishot And Power V, it does 150-250 dmg, if all arrows hit. A vanilla bow with these enchant can do like 50-150 dmg too.
In some versions of agricraft, you can make a long line of crossbreeding cropsticks with one planted crop on the end and it'll spread itself down the line and be 10/10/10 by the time it reaches the other end. In other versions, crossed cropsticks just copy your parent seed if you don't have two parents next to them.
The Plant Gatherer from Industrial Foregoing works just fine with Agricraft crops, it'll harvest and gather the pumpkins without breaking the crops and put it directly into it's inventory. There's a whitelist upgrade you can give your rats so they only pick up what is on the list so they're alot less annoying when gathering stuff. Also, if you don't want your rats to randomly wander off, maybe use cobblestone walls to contain them so you don't lose them because that will happen. Funny story, I had a setup for my rats to breed and kill cows and lost my rat that was doing the killing within an enclosed setup. That's how bad they can be sometimes. Turns out it got stuck on the conveyor belt that was transporting the baby cows because it really wanted to kill my breeding cows. I thought the rat died or something but found it the next day when i decided to switch over IF for all that instead and when I vien mined the cobble, out popped my cow killer and it started doing what it does best: killing the cows that I need.
