Fix For Elden Rings EAC Error "Inappropriate activity detected" When One Does Not Own The DLC Linux

Create a blank file in the Elden Ring "Game" directory named "DLC.bdt"

The game lunch with no issue,but when i try to summon or play online the game shows the same message “ improper activity detected ”

Interesting, I will have to test it tomorrow.
You could try deleting the easy anti-cheat folder and then verify the game files boot the game so that EAC is installed and then create the empty file.
Also check that Steam has installed the EAC runtime under the tools section, it automatically installs normally but did not for some reason back when I messed around with Arch.

Either way you are limited to offline mode with EAC going off. I just find the issue strange because if one buys the DLC it is fixed.
