Not even gonna bother trying to loop this one. The one and only boss fight in the game itself lasts for as long as this music plays, so it doesn't even loop in game technically. Dunno whether that's intentional or not.

Sounds like it's of XM origin. One of the instruments at 0:21 is used in Dubmood's Afterburner, it's a stock looped sample.

It could very well be. It sure sounds like a stock loop sample from some chiptune module. I frankly have no idea what it is, though.
