What is the standard of living in this city in terms of weather, safety, luxury, social services, and work?

I lived there for a while.
Crime rate is zero. Most Italian cities are generally safe except in Rome where you find lots of gangs by the railway station. Social services are good. The only issue may be the job. Finding a job is not that easy.
