      There's still 1600+ units here, and at least 3 buildings to come. Not even including the surrounding Canary District area. It's a thriving and desirable community.

      @@KennethYimHomes he’s right, it’s just the distillery district. Only one thing happens there a year. I’m not trying to make it seem manipulative to lower the price, but it really is just the distillery district. Not downtown, but the distillery district is a good place to live though
