He’s heard the story that’s been passed on about Shawn Michaels and Randy wanting to do a program and eventually leaving because of the ‘Youth Movement’. I think both stories are true and it all depends on the timing and who Macho was saying what to. Perhaps early ON Macho wanted out and THEN wanted back in and was told ‘no’, perhaps he was given the Youth Movement talk by Vince and then said ‘I want out of the ring’ to save face with Bruce. I think there’s room for both to be true because people are complicated, change their minds, and they will tell contradictory stories to save face.
