What an epic gym. I'm happy for the UK community that they have access to gyms like these.

This gym is genuinely amazing, we feel blessed its local to us! Just knowing its also the place james and jordan both train is so wierdly motivating too! Very clean, tidy and can tell they are really proud of the gym they have created.

Fantastic tour of the Shed at the end with James... Great selection of cherry-picked kit, well thought out and a fitting tribute with Luke S there... Particularly enjoyed this part as I have been filming gym tours on my channel of favourite spots mostly in London and was really curious what they'd gone with for TBJP Shed...

Awesome video, amazing kit and purpose is this gym. Did James and Jordan consider Pannata at all, love some of their stuff.

When I wake up in the morning, I throw my sh!t on and I'm out the flat in 20 minutes max, straight to the gym b4 work, every day. I've never had the privilege of being able to wake up then meditate before doing anything lol, except on days off. Even then I prefer to get the gym stuff out the way first, especially on leg day.

Toilet make my bed weigh myself, make oats eat, Have a cup of tea brush teeth, go for a 20 min walk come home shower another cup of tea & that's my morning complete
Wake up. 500ml water Gas mark 10 lfg, 500ml gas mark 10 fat burner black coffee. Go to gym for 6 do 20 min stairmaster . Gas mark 10 eea during stairs 1.5litre. Followed by 30 min walk on treadmill 6k steps before I have to leave for work at 7. Same routine everyday
