This is how mod developers should handle the code and releases for everything! Open Source, versioned releases, no facebook or sketchy mod sites involved :)
Unfortunately git is not a great tool at handling large binary assets that change frequently. Script based mods which are mostly source code (like the three shown here) are perfect for for git. Using git for mods that use lots of images or textures (like a tractor) would be inefficient.

Love your tutorial videos. They really helped me figure out Autodrive and Courseplay in FS19. I am hoping that you do a tutorial for Courseplay in FS22 as it is very different from FS19 even in its beta version. I really liked using Courseplay in FS19 to have equipment running on multiple fields simultaneously. Running a forager on CP while manually running a tractor with trailer alongside it was awesome too.
I will be doing a tutorial vid, I think it’s worth waiting until more of the features are added, but if you want a sneak peak, check out tonight’s vid I do a quick overview of some of the basics 👍
This is how i installed the Terrafarm mod, and it shows on my mod list with the check mark by it on Elm creek in the front loader linked to be used with it, But I am still getting no controls to use it in game.

No it should already exist if you've downloaded mods from the modhub in game already. If you haven't my advice woudl be do download anything from the modhub, as it'll automatically create that folder in the Doucments > My Games > Farming SImulator 22 folder
I just don't know what's going on, I followed the download instructions to a T and yet I can not get the Terra Farm to work, it's showing up as checked in the mod list. I've tried all keys on my keyboard and nothing brings up the menu. I was thinking that perhaps since it was a script, it needed to be in a different folder which brought me to your video but that wasn't the case, it's still not working.
OK I believe I might know what I'm doing wrong and if so it's just a lack of experience as I'm not in any of the equipment when I try to access the menu, it's been awhile since I played FS19 much less 22, so I gather that I need to first purchase one of the compatible excavator's and hop in it.
I have done as you are showing us here. I now have a problem after downloading 1 mod. I can't download, it doesn't respond when I click on the latest or name of the mod. It doesn't respond. Very confusing
If you have downloaded anything from the in game ModHub it should have automatically created you a folder. It’s in My Documents > My Games > Farming Simulator 22 > Mods
I know the video isnt recent, but im trying to get terrafarm to work and cant figure it out. I installed it just as in the video. It shows as installed in tge in-game download content page but doesnt show as an option to select when starting a new save game. Any advice?
When ever I use courseplay on a tractor or truck I then can not detach the trailers attached to the truck or tractor, just says can’t detach while folding

Hi FSG, sorry to bother you . I have followed your video instructions on "coruseplay 22" to the letter , but alas it does not work in my game. The CP icon shows in the mod list at the start (it is checked) but in the Elmcreek map all I get is 2 cogs intertwine and no other symbols on the left screen. I have removed ALL CP associated files /rebooted/reinstalled 2-3 times but still nothing. can you help ?

Hi FSG, I need your help(again) I flattened the area for my cow shed, installed the shed and all was well,( i.e. Vehicles went in and out the shed , with no problem ) saved the game , came back next day and the shed had tilted i.e the left hand ramp had sunk into the ground and the right hand ramp is about a meter in the air.... what have I done wrong?
The process should be the same I think the mod folder is in a slightly different location but that’s all something like:\Steam\steamapps\common\Farming Simulator 22

No need to extract the zip, it should be a zip when it's downloaded. If you don't have a mods folder, download a mod from the ingame modhub that will create the folder then you can copy the couseplay.ZIP into it
Might be a trap, might be an oversight or it might even be a test to see if viewers paid attention :P Just thought I would mention that your courseplay link goes to the FS19 version.
Got game through steam and it doesn't have the mods folder. Do I just create a new folder and call it mods. The only folder I see that looks like it could be a mods folder is pDLC

@@pellekarlsson1919 Have you read the instructions on GitHub? You either need to add it to other vehicles in the code or use vehicles that have been adapted to use it
Hello it seems i cant make it work for me, i checkt your video aggain but your are downloading the zip folder in a differend folder than i am. Is it like an unzip program ? Can you please give my the nam of this? It would be verry helpfull.
in your documents, there will be a folder called My Games, in there will be Farming Simulator 22 and in that folder there will be one called Mods, if it's not there, just install a mod from the modhub and it will create it.
So I have it downloaded it shows in the mod list but when i go to load into elm creek theres usually a list that allows you to enable mods for that map and its not showing up

Yes only specific equipment and only when you are in the machine you will see the options in the menu 👍

We were on a pre-release version (4.0) that's coming soon, the list of compatible machines for 3.6 is on the GitHub

Does courseplay work the same in fs22 as in fs19? Clicking the right button on the mouse doesn’t open courseplay for me
No it’s been completely redesigned from the ground up, you access it through the main menu now

Not sure if you have any other mods installed or not, but try loading a game with nothing but Courseplay installed see if it works then

Is CoursePlay FS22 close to what the FS19 version can do? I hope they didn't have to nearly start over again like FS17 -> FS19.
It will be but not all functionality is in there yet, but they have built the code base from the ground up

when you start a game save, select your map then make sure the mod is ticked
@@TheFarmSimGuy i got it! :) But my other mod vehicles can't terra farm? only the standard vehicles are able to do that.

you don't need an unzip program just copy the zip that downloads into your mods folder
