9:13 Brahman and Shakti are one and the same. When motionless it is Brahman, and when in motion it is Shakti. When the sea is without waves it is akin to Brahman, and when with waves it is akin to Shakti. It's similar to the vacuum state of quantum field theory. When without any excitations, it is Brahman, and when with excitations it manifests as this universe, it is Shakti. However they are one and the same, in the language of quantum field theory they are apparently like two different vectors in Fock space, that are related to each other via rotations in the space, thus it is just a change in orientation, a change in perspective that relate the two. The same change of perspective that is operative when you realise that the snake is actually a rope. Thus it is with the world, we are mistaking it for the snake when it is actually a rope, we only need a change of orientation that will reorient one vector in Fock space to the other.
