My biggest challenge is to time-frame the workshop given the agenda of my colleagues. How long does an exercise like the Lightning-Decision Jam las for example? Do you tell the clients/colleagues how long it will takes front in the email phase (Step 1)?
Second biggest challenge is dealing with pushback from the more technical people such as engineers if the decider decides on an idea that affects the technology part.
Thank you guys for your top-notch videos! Cheers!

Hello, great video. Have you any tips/video for conducting a successful process map digitally? Such as a preferred timeline for the map of when the mapping starts (i.e. the prototype is built and we are mapping the use, or the map starts with the design process until the prototype is built)? Also curious about what to do and how to use the map once it's completed. Is it just an artifact to be hung on a wall? Or do we reintroduce it somewhere in the process?

How do you do the limited disclosure? (Like hide other things on the miro? So participants aren’t overwhelmed with content)
