6:15 - "I love anything that has garlic in it." Fun fact about garlic - when you eat it, its gets in your blood and if you eat enough of it your body smells like garlic the next day. It happened to a friend of mine who had garlic roasted chicken at a restaurant for dinner and at work the next day he smelled like garlic. And not a subtle smell, either.
victorsixtythree Yeah, my mom was a chemist & for a couple of years she worked with 2 Chinese doctoral students. She told me that they really loved garlic & at times the entire lab would pretty much smell like garlic cloves, particularly after lunch. 🙂
I love garlic too,but I learned a trick working in the kitchen:remove the central part of the clove(that is it's strong taste)and you enjoy it without stinking the next day.
The electromagnetic energy definitely is directly related to powers that people exhibit on Lost... With Walt, he was exposed to electromagnetic energy when he was in Australia and there's a pocket of this energy there because the guy that Bernard took Rose to could channel that energy to heal people but the island was meant to heal her which is why he told her he couldn't help her.
Did everyone miss the fact that the body at the beginning was "Roger Workman" aka Roger Linus... at least, it really looked like him when they changed the focus to his face. Which i suppose doesn't make sense because he's dead in a van in the "future" with a bunch of beer. BUT i swear it looked JUST LIKE a slightly aged up version of him.

Now that we know everything, yo Jacob’s gang, instead of giving people a cryptic question how about you just say “do you realize the devil is on this island?”

@@azmodayus3712 WHAT??? I don't get it! He's just talking about timecode and timestamps of the episode/ reaction! That he doesn't know the exact timestamp, because the Bram actor was just visible for a short fraction of time (delivering the line "ANSWER THE QUESTION!", I wish, Suraj had just said that, would have been a lot easier!) and so, he can't tell the exact moment when that happened! Still, NOTHING SPOILED WHATSOEVER!!
Ever since I (and others, presumably) have been railing against Suraj's "participation" on this show, he's come up with a few different explanations. He just wants to watch his favorite show with some friends... and he mansplains things to help the ladies through the more difficult-to-grasp episodes. And he does (from time to time) make a concerted effort to curb his instincts and NOT blurt things out. But alas, this instinct often proves too strong... and the nature of his "contributions" belies his "explanations". 14:29 Yay! Suraj wins. He predicted that they were building "the hatch". And not only did he beat Rana to the punch, but he beat the writers to the punch and was able to shout it out before the writers' formal and DRAMTIC "reveal". BUT, in his defense, I don't think he wouldn't said anything if Rana didn't recognize the numbers and start gasping and flailing and reacting. Sensing it may have been on the tip of her tongue, he had to act. "It's the hatch lid!" He had to make sure it was him, not her... or the writers. 15:45 Just like back in the "Nikki Reacts" days, Nikki asks a question during her watch. But back during the Nikki Reacts days, Suraj was actually more circumspect about answering questions and giving things away. But here, BOOM, he answered IMMEDIATELY. Interestingly, Rana, a first-time viewer herself, seemed capable of answering Nikki's question (as she demonstrated by her reaction after Suraj spilled the beans here). And I guess that why Suraj is so quick on the draw. If he doesn't answer straightaway, Rana might answer first. But thankfully, Suraj is at peace with this. He doesn't feel bad about stealing Rana's thunder. And why not. She should've answered faster. Sure, as a first-time viewer, it might take her a few seconds to connect the dots in her head. But it serves her right for not having watched it multiple times and participating in on-line Lost community chats and such before sitting down and doing a reaction on a reaction channel. And he immediately throws up his defense mechanism. 16:00 "I know it's an infraction and I'll get a time-code and a time stamp, but..." ...fuck her. Why should she feel good about connecting the dots on her own and demonstrating it on screen for viewers of the reaction channel? I knew the answer too and I can't risk a first-time viewer answering a question that I know the answer to. It's not like people tune into reaction channels to see how first-time viewers react. They tune in to see veteran viewers explain shit to the reactors... especially shit they catch on their own.
I'm struggling to get through these last few episodes. Moving forward I'm just not watching any reactions for shows Suraj has already seen. I'll give the rest of the Normies the benefit of the doubt if they've already watched but are in the reaction (for now).
@@FLQueerLiberal1982 On the off chance yours is a genuine question and not simply a critique, I'll answer you. If the three of them were watching Lost in the privacy of their own homes, you're absolutely right. The ONLY THING that would matter is how the ladies felt about his behavior. But it's not. They're doing it for an audience on a reaction channel. Personally, I watch reaction channels to see how other people react to scenes I remember reacting to. I want to see other folks enjoying the twists and turns of a journey that I enjoyed. I like seeing how they react to big moments of an episode. I like seeing them figure out (or miss altogether) the answers to mysteries that a show presents. What's a buzzkill for me is when a person doesn't have the sense to let a newbie have her own journey because he's compelled to inject his own experience into theirs. And here's why I think your position of about the ladies is a flawed metric. First of all, the ladies are his friends. And especially in the context of defending him against the vehement attacks against him, they're gonna have his back regardless of how they feel. That's what friends do. Even if something bothered them, in the context of a friend getting assailed and feeling down about it, they're going to defend him and protect him regardless. Secondly, in this case, it's not up to the ladies. That sounds messed up, but hear me out. If it were up to Nikki in the earlier episodes, she'd have had Suraj give spoiler answers to her questions. Whether it was out of confusion or impatience, she wanted to know certainly things immediately. Perhaps she's the type of person who, when watching a show alone, would happily go online to find answers without a care in the world about spoilers. Just because she doesn't mind spoilers doesn't mean viewers of a reaction channel are disqualified from caring. Spoilers temper reactions and reactions are why people (like me at least) watch reaction channels. The less someone's spoiled, the more they'll react, regardless of how little they care about spoilers or how much they'll accept the personality quirks of friends. That's why I "care". As to why chose to post, it's because of this. I enjoyed Rana and Nikki's reactions. And I wanted to keep enjoying them and I wanted them to be unadulterated. Obviously, I could've just tuned out without a saying a word but I was hoping I didn't have to. I was hoping that Suraj would get some self-awareness and make it purist-friendly. And that's why I didn't just bash him. That's why I left DETAILED examples of his meddling (albeit with snark). So there were tangible things he could chew on. Like I said, if they were watching it privately amongst themselves, OBVIOUSLY, the only thing that matters is how the ladies feel about what he does. But let's say you invited them over to show them a TV series you were excited about. Then it's about you getting to enjoy watching them enjoy something you enjoyed. If Suraj then started mansplaining and spoiling things, even you would probably say to him, "chill."
I always thought that Sawyer punching Phil was a stupid idea. Phil just straight up came to Sawyer first out of trust and respect for him. If Sawyer told him "Listen, man, we couldn't save the kid. We had to go to the Others." then Phil would probably get it. Few episodes ago Sawyer was talking to Jack about being smart and not just reacting and now he just did exactly the opposite. PS: Nice mug, Suraj. I have the same one but better xD

Hurley was being a world-class a-hole who couldn't keep his big mouth shut. And I hated how he tried to force his help on Miles, without the latter's consent. I wish the Miles had punched him just once. And I hated how the episode justified his attempts to interfere in Miles's life. This made me want to vomit. Why did Bram and his guys tried to prevent Miles from traveling to the island? What the hell Sawyer? He couldn't talk his way out of this.
I really hate it when people try to force their help upon others, especially when the latter didn't ask for it. Locke did this to Charlie in Season One. And now, Hurley seemed to think it's okay for him to get involved with Miles' personal business and do the same. It's bad enough that Hurley's man child tendencies really irritated me. But his arrogant attempt to solve Miles' emotional problems without the latter's permission really got on my nerves. Even worse, the episode tried to pass off Hurley's behavior as something positive. Sometimes, I just cannot stand this show and its stupid worship of a character like Hurley.

victorsixtythree Yeah, my mom was a chemist & for a couple of years she worked with 2 Chinese doctoral students.
I thought the polar bear thing was because they are smart + they live on earths magnetic poles
The guy who plays Miles was also in X-Men 3.
Zack Elliff the sopranos
I thought I recognized him!
KATE IS NOT STUPID
The electromagnetic energy definitely is directly related to powers that people exhibit on Lost... With Walt, he was exposed to electromagnetic energy when he was in Australia and there's a pocket of this energy there because the guy that Bernard took Rose to could channel that energy to heal people but the island was meant to heal her which is why he told her he couldn't help her.
LMAO "Punish me LaFleur" 🤣🤣🤣
8:31 this is the moment Mr. Gray became ASAC Schrader
8:49 “Can he do it with ashes? I don’t know” Yes you do, Suraj
Fun fact for you guys, Miles is also in The Force Awakens, which I thought was funny cuz of all the Star Wars in this episode
None of them understanding why Miles was "mean" to that guy...
This is the first episode I saw, and it got me into the show
Suraj is so extra sometimes
I love when Nikki predicts Dr Chang is Miles' dad, Suraj goes dead in the face.
She did a few episodes earlier
Hurley was really stupid this episode, I'm sorry 😂 If you wanna call Kate stupid for what she did, but then call Hurley cute when he does something stupid... Me is confusion 🤔
Rana 23:03 - Alex was back though in a creepy ass way...it's the smoke monster inhabiting her body...
lololol
Lol, Rana smelled her arm pits
That "Hank" actor also played on Dome.
Dude, Miles was also selling Karaoke machines to Edward Norton and Ben Stiller in Keeping The Faith!
Underrated movie! And Miles was great as Don!...
100th episode is next! yes!
Finding out these two love Jennifer Love Hewitt made me love them even more!
Now that we know everything, yo Jacob’s gang, instead of giving people a cryptic question how about you just say “do you realize the devil is on this island?”
And if a wampa get an attitude
Drop it like its hoth
Drop it like its hoth
Drop it like its hoth
What is the problem with telling them something that already happened in the show? That is not spoiling anything. There are plenty of times you said things you shouldn't have, but things that already happened don't count.
15:45 wow Suraj!! i'm extremely angry you spoiled ;)
That's NOTHING spoilery though, he was already visible next to Ilana in Dead Is Dead, one episode PRIOR!
@@chanceneck8072 16:01
@@azmodayus3712 nope. not a spoiler
@@chanceneck8072 he was joking that people would timestamp him "spoiling" things smfh
Will there be any shows on Disney+ you guys will be reacting to besides The Mandalorian? Like 90’s X-men series, Gargoyles, Boy meets World? 😂😂
No rana doesn't suck love to see her play games
Rana: Awwww. 2 seconds later: ah hell no.
Would’ve been so meta if sawyer ran into Miles and said “I’ve been lookin’ for your sweet and sour chicken ass”
^Rush Hour reference
It's RACIST. Jesus Christ!
Miles doesn’t have to be by a body. He spoke to the dead drug dealer kid in his bedroom, when he found the money & drugs in the wall.
16:00 "I know it's an infraction and I'll get a time-code and a time stamp, but..."
...fuck her.
Here's the thing... If the LADIES don't mind, why do you? If they were really upset about it, I'm sure they'd make him stop.
@@Fatty420 like I asked OP: what does it matter if the girls aren't bothered by it?
@@FLQueerLiberal1982
On the off chance yours is a genuine question and not simply a critique, I'll answer you.
So Miles' dad is Jules-Pierre Mao?
Aka The Shredder from TMNT and TMNT II Secret of the Ooze
Yo im right on time!
Rana in 2019: if I win 1. whatever million dollars. I'll go to all the festival's in the world.. just kidding.. giggle..

“Under the Dome” was a great show
I really loved the first season and although the show was "sort of" bad, it was the very first show I watched at 13. Now that I'm 20, I've seen bigger shows like Lost, 24, The Office, The X-Files, and Breaking Bad thanks to Under the Dome, which got me hooked into television. Oh, and besides The Office, Dean Norris appears in all those shows. LMAO
Under the Dome was fucking horrible, with some of the worst acting I have seen in my entrie life. Even Dean Norris couldn't help it.
Under the dome was pretty bad. I'm a big fan of the book and king in general but damn... second season was too much and I quit.
Terrible show, AMAZING novel
Terrible show for sure. The first season was average at best. The rest was terrible. The pilot was good though.
Juntao was his name in Rush hour I’ve been waiting for y’all to bring up that that’s Miles since he popped up
I think Suraj mentioned it already when Miles was introduced
@@LoSTRaMaiR I do remember it when I started rewatching these reactions bekuhz there are sooo great
Juntao was the older white guy.
I don't get the title of this episode. Can anyone explain it to me?
It's a dubble refernce to a classic movie called Some Like It Hot and Hoth, the ice planet in Star Wars.
@@tarnim80 I've never understood the reference to Some Like it Hot. There's no gangsters, no cross-dressing, no romance, no musical numbers. All I can figure is there's the buddy-comedy stuff between Miles and Hurley.
@@Melancthon7332 yeah, I think they used it mostley for the word play. You could possibly also draw some similarities to how the main characters in SLIH are hiding out pretending to be members of a girl band and our losties are pretending to be members of Dharma
Here's another trivia about the actor who plays Miles. The actor was also one of the mutants in "X-Men 3 The Last Stand" Now on the show "Lost" I love that scene when Miles sees his father with his baby self. It was a touching scene to see Miles sort of find what he's been looking for all his life. 😀

Miles was also on Sopranos.. BTW you guys need to react to that show if you haven't seen it yet.

Suraj, how have you not seen the epilogue?!? you aint a true fan lmao jk but watch it!
Oh I've seen it! Not sure why folks thought I hadn't! Must have been something dumb I said during the discussion lol
Nice shorts.
I liked before watching lol!
Love how Nikki loves Hurley for the way he touches people’s hearts. I love Nikki! I’m trying to be a good person too, but my humor is not for all. Hugs!

Jesus. Under the Dome was an absolute disaster, wasn't it?
Yes, I'll sadly admit it. LMAO first season was great tho
One of my personal favorite shows that never really got off the ground either was Revolution. Loved the plot and characters in that show.
@@meursaulty6672 I couldn't make it past the first episode of Revolution. It felt like CW trash.
How does Normotim help you stay motivated with your diet?
Marry Hurley and cheat on him with Sawyer. Typical modern day story.
