If any man with the same attributes as Jack and the sword faced Aku, the latter would destroy the random un less than a second. Since the beggining of the series Jack was destined to slay Aku from the first episode of the series. He was the only being (aside from the gods) that could harm him. Aku wasn't beaten by a man, he was beaten by the manifestation of good and rightgeossness. As he stated before. Rightgeossness Will always best evil, in other words, Jack could not die unless Aku died first. It is the embodiment of plot armour in a sword.
I also saw Aku's VS Battle wiki and It looks like whoever wrote It hates Aku, man really put Him at 6-B
