“Nobody probably gives a crap anymore” nah man, I always look forward to your impressions even if they’re not immediate. I like hearing your thoughts and opinions alongside talking about the Servants skills and whatnot, there’s never really an impression of yours I’d miss
Thanks to his bond ce, he could also work as a boss killer if he's paired with a Tamamo and Castoria plus a guts mc. For those who are too lazy to look it up, this is what it does. When equipped on Tutankhamun: Grants self Guts status for 1 time. (Reveives with 10% HP, Stackable with other Guts.) Grants self On-Guts-Activate buff for 3 turns. ( Charges party's NP gauge by 10% when Guts status is activated.) Grants self On-Death-Activate buff for 3 turns. ( Charges party's NP gauge by 10% when defeated.)
The curse is bound with Tut's lore because when his tomb was discovered, people mysteriously died that opened the tomb and everyone believed that Tut's tomb is cursed
Jp version Fgo info comes from 2 places, Myst being one of them, so i wasn't excpecting that sacrifice thing, makes sense, shame he's an Archer cause it competes with Arash there. Side comment, after reading Myst get Tutankhamen off a weekly, I used a weekky ticket on Nero on my Main, got a nice surprise with Np1 Caster Nero, um thanks for the Caster blessing?
King Tut competing with Arash isn't really a problem, what with Arash being a 1* Servant with no self-buffs and hardly much NP charge. His real competition is Soujuurou who came out earlier this year and is a 4* ST Berserker welfare with insane NP charge (he multiplies his existing NP gauge value by up to 2.0x, scaling based on skill level). So, you can see how much harder it is to swallow the King Tut pill. The way I now look at King Tut is that he's a Curse spammer who's meant to die on Turn 2 so that other supports can come out and assist the main DPS who has scaling Curse SE based on stacks.
@@manafusion ah I was thinking competing via sacrifice Np, Arash would be cheaper to deploy. Soujuurou I'd need a refresher, another AoE sacrifice unit? Berserker huh, yeah that sounds better. Curse side I haven't tried much, Van Gosh I guess, on NP side I think Chiyome,
@@AshleythetigerUK He's ST so he's an actual direct competition. His NP modifier numbers are regular numbers similar to King Tut but since he's a welfare and thus an auto NP5, he can hit way harder. Because his "NP charge" skill is just charge doubling, he can be played in multiple different farming comps and be viable. Either you run him with a 50% NP CE/30% with lvl 10 Append 2, Append 2 + Castoria S1 in an Arts comp or go baller and combine the both 50% NP CE and Castoria as well as lvl 10 Append 2 for 200% NP gauge. His NP actually has more viability for CQs than farming due to having Invul Pierce, Damage Cut Ignore and an Anti-Def Up SE. If you can leave him be for a turn (which he can survive thanks to 5-hits, 3T "lethal damage" Evade), he also gets to force-swap all his cards to the selected card type and he gets a 1T Card Up buff alongside it. Which means that, with all his buffs combined, he can get up to 50% Buster Up and 10% Atk Up (20% if OC2) by himself. The icing on the cake is that he also has Crit Damage Up buffs from his S2 (same skill for his NP charge doubling effect) where he gets 3T 25% Crit Damage Up and another 25% if his HP drops to or below 75%, 50% and 25%. This means that he can reach 100% Crit Damage Up by himself if he's at death's door. So yeah, Soujuurou is pretty much stacked. His Crit Damage Up aspect might be hard to maximise given that he's a Berserker but there're still ways. As far as sacrificial nukes go, he is by far the best and easiest to use and can fit into so many comps without issue.
@manafusion thanks for the refresher on him. I see now, I was thinking 3 enemies per wave, I see now your talking of those 90++ ST enemies and CQ. Yeah he sounds amazing, especially put like that, looking forward to when NA get him.
He's unique because in his 1st and 2nd ascension he has a caster fight animation and the 3rd ascension his fight animation change to more like an archer well sort of~

He's definitely getting a rank up that gives him damage against cursed enemies someday.
hey its never too late for first impressions when NA is 2 years behind

He has buster np, he needs his skill to change to arts
Not base Emiya.

King Toot
Thumbs up instantly
YAYAYAYAY!!!
Honestly I thought it was leading towards reapplying a guts (or a chance or something) provided the enemy had a curse on them. What is that curse for?
I have failed to get him with all of my free quartz…😢
Nice video. Now do Yamato Takeru first impression 👍
I feel like they could have done better with him. Kinda a let down. Although I’m biased for just wanting amazing Egyptian servants
Well i mean, considering how Egyptians were, that's honestly reasonable
Does debuff immune stop the instant death?
No, only insta death resist/immune works on insta death
@ ahh, I figured.
