Hi Kevin. Exosomes are not cells, so in theory they can live longer than cells. But from what we see the action of exosomes in one's body is faster than stem cells, but doesn't last as long. Over 8 years ago, we switched almost completely to donor stem cells as the results are singificantly better. They do NOT need to be your blood type.
Internationally we administer them IV, injection, nebulizer, intranasal and others. In the USA that decision is made during the "patient-physician" discussion.
