Honestly, I think she should be more famous than she is. When she was given good lines to work with, She could act circles around the other cast members of the show. and Micheal seems like the kind of guy who always has a blunt and a chill conversation on him. So much more laid back than the character he portrayed, which he did perfectly.

I was the same, bought a stationary bike and just left it sitting there for well over a year. What changed for me was realising I could use the stationary bike while doing other things, so in my previous job for example I had to do a fair amount of reading at home, so I bought a tablet, I'd do my reading on that and I'd be sitting on the stationary bike pedalling away at the same time. Never mind 150 minutes a week, if I had nothing else urgent to get done I'd go through 150 minutes in a night.
I love Michael for having this podcast and I love the entire Smallville family for just being this open with each other. I mean, how wholesome is this whole conversation?! I can’t get over this. And Kristin is a gift to the world.
Haha Kristin is a true fitness coach. She talks about fitness very passionately because she understands how beneficial it is to your wellbeing. And 2.5 hours a week isn't actually a whole lot at all. It passes by really quick. And boy if you looked as good as Kristin at 40, I'd say that's one hell of a goal achieved.
Kristin should be proud of herself. She has always seemed "normal" well grounded, had self worth and poised even as a teen. That is a common thing all well done child stars have in common vs the kids falling to the bad side of life/fame (think disney stars). This applies to adults too. I'm not surprised she and Mack went very separate ways in the world. Not to say AM issues are all due to fame in fact I think her issues were there pre fame!
The thing with child "Stars" or child athletes and such. They don't get to be children. The moment They earn a modicum of fast/quick revenues, and if their parents, are not fully formed adults(for lack of better words). Adultification, comes really quick, in those circles. Think about all the things, We realised as kids,teenagers,young adults, and some of Us are still learning as adults. They have to learn that stuff in a very, very short span of time.

I was doing some work in the buildings.
So there was an episode early in Smallville where Lana goes all meteor rock strange or something and tries to seduce Clark in the high school swimming pool. Lana is showing off and does a handstand flip on the diving board on her way to diving into the pool. I always thought they must have brought in a stunt double, but now I'm wondering if Kristin actually did that stunt herself?
I don't know if this is true, but I remember some commenter on some message board saying years ago that any shots of Lana's body in that scene were of a double, because Kristin Kreuk wasn't comfortable with doing it. Again, don't know the truth of that.

My mom passed away when I was 12 so my Dad raised me. My parents had me when they were 16. My Dad was kinda immature so he would have parties with drugs and lots of his friends around. They would hit on me when I was 15/16. I finished my high school years living at a friends house because it was not a healthy environment. I don’t speak to my dad anymore.

With my current health issues (high blood pressure, high cholesterol), the information my doctor gave me also suggests 150 minutes of walking (minimum) per week. I'm trying, but (a) it's been way too cold in my area, and (b) I'm too cheap to get a gym membership right now.
I don't mean this to be mean, but some times we need plain honesty. The people who are able to stay on top of their health exercise even when its cold. Find cloths that are warm and walk anyways.
do the walking inside. map a path in your house to do every day and change it up to be a different path or heck walk in place. but that would get boring. or better if you have to do the 150 min of walking for cardio switch it up to jump roping.

I've always had a crush on her! The first time I saw her on Smallville, I was like, "Who is that?!" Finding out she is also Canadian was the icing on the cake. She looks like she's 27, but she's actually 41! I could so see her as a high end personal trainer. You can tell she has a real passion for it. Great to see!

I always thought she was so pretty, but she looked young in Smallville and she was 18 when Smallville started. Smallville was the greatest show. I was heartbroken when it ended, I wished so bad that it would continue in the form of a Superman or Justice League spinoff with the same cast.

At first I thought she was going to say 150 hours of exercise lol but she said 150 minutes and she is right it is not that long. She did not actually say 150 mins a day, she said per week if you divide that by 5 days that works out as 30 minutes a day or you can do three days a week two one hours sessions and a thirty minutes session. I would probably go with the latter because if I do thirty minutes and soon as I get into it be over lol and I probably be thinking "did I really do anything lol".
Michael, I am a very anxious person and have had several panic attacks. The cardio really helps with the anxious feelings and attacks. Do the cardio, it will help. I have noticed a massive difference in my panic attack occurrence.
She can be very professional in other works, even if she’s not acting. I mean that we just had a hint of health care that doctors before doing it they ask for us a lot of money. We had it for free and if she does what she suggested him, that’s pretty understandable why she looks so cute perfect and ageless every time we see her!

With my current health issues (high blood pressure, high cholesterol), the information my doctor gave me also suggests 150 minutes of walking (minimum) per week. I'm trying, but (a) it's been way too cold in my area, and (b) I'm too cheap to get a gym membership right now.
I don't mean this to be mean, but some times we need plain honesty. The people who are able to stay on top of their health exercise even when its cold. Find cloths that are warm and walk anyways.
do the walking inside. map a path in your house to do every day and change it up to be a different path or heck walk in place. but that would get boring. or better if you have to do the 150 min of walking for cardio switch it up to jump roping.
I feel ya man, weather is the great demotivator. However, if you keep a brisk pace you will not feel the cold for long (I hope!).
Bro,prison inmates are probably in better shape than 99% of us in these comments lol. If they can get in shape and do cardio in a 6 x 9 cell,you can too. I feel you though,but nothings easier than working out at home when you don't like working out. So you should give that a strong push first my man. Lots of short,painless home workout videos to get your cardio up on youtube
I second that! I've never been catcalled as an adult but, between 6th grade and senior year it happened atleast once everytime I walked to school.

I've always had a crush on her! The first time I saw her on Smallville, I was like, "Who is that?!" Finding out she is also Canadian was the icing on the cake. She looks like she's 27, but she's actually 41! I could so see her as a high end personal trainer. You can tell she has a real passion for it. Great to see!

I always thought she was so pretty, but she looked young in Smallville and she was 18 when Smallville started. Smallville was the greatest show. I was heartbroken when it ended, I wished so bad that it would continue in the form of a Superman or Justice League spinoff with the same cast.

I was always attracted to her, but only physically. However, seeing how she genuinely cared and was concerned for his state of being, makes her more attractive. She's a real gem of a person.
At first I thought she was going to say 150 hours of exercise lol but she said 150 minutes and she is right it is not that long. She did not actually say 150 mins a day, she said per week if you divide that by 5 days that works out as 30 minutes a day or you can do three days a week two one hours sessions and a thirty minutes session. I would probably go with the latter because if I do thirty minutes and soon as I get into it be over lol and I probably be thinking "did I really do anything lol".
The fact michael still acted like she said 150 hours,lets you know he's not going to do any of it lol. 150 minutes a week is nothing

I am a very anxious person and have had several panic attacks. The cardio really helps with the anxious feelings and attacks. Do the cardio, it will help. I have noticed a massive difference in my panic attack occurrence.
