It has a delightful spicy flavor and a moist, tender texture. I learned this recipe from my mother, who used to make it for special events and during Eid-ul-Adha. I've added my twist to make each keema kabab even more amazing.
This kabab can be made with any type of mince, but I used beef mince for this recipe. It can be served with paratha, bread slices, or even packed into kids' lunch boxes along with ketchup for a wholesome and tasty meal that kids will love.

350g, keema
25g, butter/fat
1/3 cup, fried brown onion crumbed
1/3 cup, chopped onion squeezed
2 tbsp, chopped fresh coriander
2-3 pcs, chopped green chilies
1 medium size, lemon juice freshly squeezed
1 tbsp, chili flakes
Salt to taste
For roasted spices:
1 tbsp, coriander seeds
1 tsp, black peppercorns
10-12, roasted chickpeas

Oil for frying
