    Dainese Nexus Two DWP:
    The Dainese Nexus 2 D-WP out boots mark the newest iteration of the popular sport-touring motorcycle boot. With its large TPU shin guard and Axial distortion control system, this boot offers excellent protection to sport touring and aggressive sport riders looking for something to wear on the street. Though only some small features have been changed between the previous Dainese Nexus and the dainese Nexus 2 DWP boots, the boot features some great refinements.
    In the sport touring category, the Dainese Nexus II D-WP Boots will also be competing with the SIDI Aria Gore-Tex, Alpinestars Supertech R, and the Revit Mission Shoes.

    hi, would you recommend these boots over the Alpinestars SMX6 v2 ? Thank youu

      Between the Alpinestars and Dainese boots, the main thing to consider would be what features you're looking for. Though it may depend on which specific SMX6 V2 boots you're looking at, both boots should offer about the same level of waterproofing and ventilation, though the SMX6 V2 are also offered with Gore-Tex, which is among the best waterproofing options available.
      In terms of safety, both boots are also going to be coming with a similar level with a shin plate, toe slider, hard ankle structure, and ankle protection system. However, the Alpinestars boot does offer a better level of safety in this regard since the pivot system is entirely connected along the length of the boot while the Nexus 2 Distortion Control System only runs from the shin to the ankle, which means that there may be more flex from side to side.
      Thanks for the question!
      What are your thoughts on the Dainese boots?

    Great review, thnx. What is the difference between this one and the nexus without dwp?

    • @Championhelmets
      @Championhelmets  4 года назад

      Besides the level of waterproofing, there are still some differences between the two Nexus boots. The Nexus 2 comes with a more discrete Axial system, hidden under a layer of microfiber. The new boot also includes added reflective inserts for improved visibility, and the liner comes with added weatherproofing features.
      Thanks for the question!

      Yes, the non-waterproof Nexus boots are still available alongside the Nexus 2 DWP. Thanks for the question!

    Is there a non-DWP Nexus 2? Thank you so much for this review cause I've never seen this boot before and I freakin love it!

      Yes, there is still a regular Nexus boot. The main difference is the level of reflectivity, the Axial system, and the level of weatherproofing. Thanks for the question!

    Great review!! But what is safer, the nexus 2 of the torque 3 boots?

    • @Championhelmets
      @Championhelmets  4 года назад

      While the Nexus 2 boots do come with Dainese's Axial Distortion Control System, the Torque 3 will be safer. The main reason for this is the Axial system of the Torque boots extends all the way along the boot, which will offer much better support. In contrast, the Nexus 2 boots do not connect the Axial system in the ankle with the TPU reinforcement around the heel. Thanks for the question!

      How would you rate the walking experience in those boots? Let’s say I would need to go for a 10-15 min walk? Would that be comfortable?

    • @Championhelmets
      @Championhelmets  4 года назад

      @@jakubbabinski8970 A 10-15 minute walk in the Nexus 2 boots would be fine. Though you may find the boots a little stiffer than most shoes, they are still comfortable and will limber up over time. Thanks for the question!
      What are your thoughts on the new Nexus 2 DWP boots?

      @@Championhelmets Thanks for the answer. Those boots looks amazing, but I'm waving between those and Alpinestars SMX-6 v2 as those have wonderful customer reviews and ratings. What would you choose?

    • @Championhelmets
      @Championhelmets  4 года назад +1

      @@jakubbabinski8970 That's definitely a tough one, since both are offering very similar features. From plastic toe sliders to their TPU ankle brace and waterproofing, they're going to be very similar in features. We might lean towards the Nexus 2 DWP due to the larger TPU shin coverage, but it would also be a good idea to see if you can check out how the boots fit in person in a local store (if possible). So, you can also see which boots fit better or are more comfortable, which may also help with reaching a decision.
      If you find you have any further questions, we're always happy to help!

    Does the torque 3 have a better AXIAL system?
