@@joestropicals6760 You got so many trees! Soon you'll have more than enough to for a subscriber food tasting party! Together with Lyonheart 😆One day he will have a ton of fruit too 😅... oh i can't wait
@@joestropicals6760 Yeah, it's definitely inspired me! I got 2 varieties earlier this year, but they've got a long way to go until they get to the size of yours lol.
Joe, you're Jujubes are growing really well. Here in Australia nurseries are selling grafted known varieties plants for about $A120. I have pre-ordered a bare rooted one which will delivered in August/late winter
Hey Kevin, thank you my friend. I was told that Jujube trees are slow growers, but that’s definitely not the case in my garden 😂 Glad to hear you’ve purchased a bare rooted one . Hoping it flourishes and produces plenty of fruit for you in the near future 🙌🏾
I never knew you can grow jujube in outside garden,I want to do the same any advice ?Do you think asian jujube will survive outside,I am based on London
Hi @Asian_garden_hub ☺️ I’m glad you came across my channel and you now know you can grow Jujube outside in London. My Jujube trees are Asian but Chinese variety, I’m not sure if other varieties can handle our cold winters. Apparently the Chinese variety are the most cold tolerant. I hope that helps ☺️
Oh that is a shame. I tried to buy one from eBay but it died! I’m not too far from you in the south coast UK. Is there any chance I could buy a cutting from you please?
Cool name, cool fruit ... yet never seen it before! So much fruit in the world that isn't sold in our stores
Mr. V, yes they really are a cool fruit. I love growing the unusual and relatively unknown fruit trees. Thank you for watching and commenting 🙌🏾

very impressive, just goes to show the size of the tree is key to success 👍
We have had a particularly hot dry summer which I think help. They do say once jujube start to fruit they get better every year

Is this a Chinese jujube Joe. Is it a seed grown or grafted. Lovely tree and amazed to see it has set fruit well done 👏
Hi Louise, thank you 😀 Yes these are Chinese varieties and I bought both around 3-4 years old
Cool update. I finally got a lang and a dong variety last month....give it 7 years and I will get the same joy as you do from this fruit.
Thank you 🙌🏾 hoping yours thrive like mine 👊🏾
Beautiful trees , what soils did you use in the pots
Thank you 😊
The trees are not in pots but in the ground. I used a multipurpose soil when planting.

Please can you tell me where you bought these? I’m very addicted to this tree
Hello Huong Nguyen, I bought one from a Italian nursery which unfortunately cannot get anymore due to Brexit.
