Oh, the binders? I was surprised how difficult it was to find everything. I mean, it took me 15 minutes, but in this age that's a long time! LOL I had to find the Traveller's Notebook American company. They have the best list in number order... book 1, 2, 3... You can't just order a vertical weekly planner. There are two and the one I like is number 19. It's kind of interesting. As long as they don't switch numbers on me. The binder is just a tad rickety. I wish it was a bit more stable but it's not meant for carrying around and it doesn't cost a lot really.

Thanks -- We crashed so fast after this video and we were out all week! It was covid. I feel like a little piece of me gets erased when I get covid. On the bright side, I caught up on all our fave Korean cuisine/competition shows on Netflix.

Thank you for doing that video! I loved watching both aspects of that part of your homeschool. I am dabbling in the idea of a travelers notebook but trying to really think through how to lay it out before jumping in to it. I am spanning three different grades, but they have their own planners for tracking what comes next, so I don’t necessarily need to do that part. I more record keep and jot notes for goals and focus areas that need buttoned up with each kiddo. But I am thankful to see how you use one to get a better idea of what could be done with them.
I also loved your fountain pen thoughts! I jumped in with both feet on the fountain pen bandwagon after seeing your first video of them and since then all three of my children have adopted the use of them. It is interesting that each of us have gravitated towards a certain brand that suits us better.

My personal favorite is a TWSBI currently. My husband and youngest son prefer a kaweco. My oldest son has a hondigan- we got it off of Amazon. And my middle son has a Jinhao (although he is asking for a new pen for Christmas).

You are most welcome! There are several videos out there on how people set theirs up but none that are school related that I can find. You could also find a book you like and then make the leather fit around that book... but I could;d never find a thin enough book that had the right layout. I think I just lucked out with Midori. And the PAPER DOESN'T BLEED! I was getting super tired of that.
