The fact of the matter is you have been warned about this 22 months back, yet your corrective actions were inadequate which brought the entire group into this pass. I as a minority shareholder am losing money because you guys in the excitement of getting fast growth neglected the compliance bit. The hit the stock has got as a result of this callousness is most unfortunate.

The very fact that Paytm didn't challenge RBIs adverse notification on Paytm shows that IT WAS GUILTY OF WRONGDOING
How the hell can you trust these thieves with your money when accusations of money laundering, lack of data security, lack of governance and corruption have been proven by RBI itself ?

Paytm keeps saying that Paytm Payments Bank is an associate entity. Then, why the hell is vss fronting this meeting ?
And where the hell is Paytm Payments Bank and their board ?? Were they snoozing all along when 5 notices were sent and they were penalized no less than 5 times from RBI
