    Good job brother, my only advice would be to controll the eccentric part of the lift, that is, once you've pulled (or pushed in an chest workout for instance) you controll the negative part of the lift, doing it slowly, it will result in much more work for the muscles and way lower injurie risk. Considering that you're an adult, it's really important for you to take care of your joints and tendons. Besides that, great stuff my man, hoping to see you succeed, you are a very promising prospect
