At the end of the song, I think he’s singing “I’m so glad I’m not poor” But I hear “I’m so glad I’m not Paul” Which personally I find a million times funnier! Great impersonation too.
Benedict Wong is a comic genius. He was always Yoko in PS's Beatles skits and it's such a brilliant move from everyone involved. It's his total and utter Buster Keaton-esque deadpan that kills. And then the casual Scouse response... I'm really glad that he's gone on to have greater success. Still, he deserves something that he can front - and own.
Idk why I feel that nobody notice but man he is so perfect in John He looks quite close to John, not very much as Javier Parisi did but enough to be Ok with the face, in the dialogues, in the body language, face expressions WAW he is what Javier Parisi fails to improve with his play of Lennon Anyway I want him to play John in the Disney’s Beatles biography pictures!!!
Here's a little bit of trivia that isn't well known enough, however trivial it might be: The lyrics to Imagine were a poem written by Yoko as a little girl. I wonder if it would be so revered if it had been written as a Yoko poem and not as another gem from former Beatle, John Lennon.
Not exactly. He said in interviews that he took the concept from some of Yoko’s poetry that used the word Imagine. If you read the poems, you’ll see that Imaginr is the only word in common. He was also inspired by a prayer book that someone had given him. Imo, giving Yoko a songwriting credit was akin to having all of his songs during thre Beatles era credited to Lennon/McCartney. John and Paul wrote a lot of songs together as Beatles, helped each other with others and still others they wrote mostly or entirely on their own. But they were partners. Same concept.

I always thought it was "I'm so glad I'm not Paul", turns out it's not.
LOL I thought the same thing. When I first heard it I died. 🤣
I've been watching this sketch for years and I always thought it was Paul. Holy shit.
HUH! I WAS CONVINCED IT WAS PAUL! I REFUSE TO BELIEVE HE SAID POOR!
That just ruined it for me 😭

Yoko was never so beautiful! 😁
Yes, at least she didn't try to sing along

Well that's make sense, yoko's childhood was in the middle of ww2 tho
I mean the lyrics are pretty retarded so it makes sense a little girl wrote it

Is it just me or does Peter kinda look like John Lennon?
Peter kinda looks like everyone
For some reason he has a good ability to look like quite a few people. Check out Macartney... I think that one looks even better!
Not really but he sounds just like him speaking
This yoko is more beautiful than the real one
You ain’t Wong about that 😉
