Alor Setar lama agak sunyi bila pembangunan tumbuh di pesisirnya. Jika bukan kerana UTC di Alor Setar lama, rasanya jadi bandaraya koboi lah bekas kawasan yang sibuk sebelum tahun 90an dulu
Malaysia's cities are filled with skyscrapers, unlike here in the philippines, only rawhouses subdivisions are built in the cities, that look like a slums when get full of residents.. Love the urban design of Malaysia, hope it would happen here in the Philippines
Last month I had a trip to Philipines for Autralasia event happened there. I went to Manila, Mandaluyong, Makati, Taguig, Pasay the traffic jammed is too worst especially EDSA. However when I came to Tabacco city and Legazpi, I like it because the scenery and not to packed like metro Manila.
Dalam sektor pelancongan Sabah la Yang paling most beautiful places biarpun Arus pembangunan kalah telak dengan kemegahan bandaraya 11 negeri yang ada d semenanjung..
In terms of downtowns' size, Kuala Lumpur is indeed bigger than Kota Kinabalu but if you take a look at the districts' size, Kota Kinabalu is actually bigger than Kuala Lumpur! So, my birthplace Kota Kinabalu wins... 😊

I think this based on the municipality since Kuching have 2 municipalities side by side (DBKU and MBKS) so the population are split into 2. But if follow census Kuching is the biggest city Borneo.
Daniel Cheng Cheowshen yeahhh...it Split into two city....it maybe biggest in Borneo but not in malaysia..there are more big city in Peninsular Malaysia...
Clean aspect still low at some cities. Love tne Malaysia would organise and clean like the city in Japan and Korea or like the city in Swiss and maintain the natural atmosphere. Lot things still need to improve..city not measure by how many tallest building the city had.
There is only so much a government can do, the rest of the work has to be done by us, the citizens. If the citizens still think that littering is alright then, it doesn't matter if the city council deploys 10000 cleaners, the city remains dirty nonetheless. However, as a fellow Malaysian myself, I still think that it is still possible. Everything starts small and so shall we begin by improving ourselves.
@@mydotasopro I agreed, but the policy is also vital to achieve the target without the stern and firm policy and rule then it is hard to achieve. Look the Singapore for example, with the firm and consistent with the policy they can educate their citizen. Human need to be punished then only they can obey to the regulations.
@@Gojo4053 I totally understand your viewpoint. However, if we take a few examples from the past we will soon realize the inability of the Malaysians to adapt or change their ways of living to better suit the vision of the country. Take, for example: The ban of smoking in restaurants and public areas. The objective was to reduce the effect of 2nd hand smoke towards non-smokers and children, at the same time reduce the cigarette buds littering. Although I do see less smokers now, there were a few moments where smokers stood up and defended their right to smoke. Not long after the incident, the enforcement has weakened overtime, and the problem isn't really much solved. Most of the citizens would've already forgotten about this too.
